Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff!

Really good meds. Tried both flowers and concentrates. The atmosphere is very relaxed and professional. A little pricey but worth it. They're my go to in RI.

Great customer service, they make you feel like they really take your advice and information into consideration. They are always looking to please and their prices, even though there seems to be a recent increase, still beats the other compassion center in the state.

Another dispensary full of very kind people. They seem to be pretty knowledgable, but I was sold an oral syringe full of 'hash oil'. Except I couldn't get a clear answer on whether it was for oral or vaporizing use, or both, and I got multiple answers on it. I ended up wasting most of it on attempted vaporization, although that led me to be able to tell that it was not very THC-potent. I was very disatisfied but after talking to them, they kindly replaced it for free. I was disappointed again when I found the potency very lacking. Apparently it works for some people, but not for me- and my potency isn't even that high. For the money you're paying, I feel you should get more medicine. But other than that, on the good side, I highly recommend the smaller, lower-priced baked items, which can pack a little punch, especially to less experienced patients. They also have the best selection of dried flower of the three RI dispensaries right now, with the best pricing system and the highest selection of lower-price high quaity buds. That wins a lot of points!

Greenleaf has excellent service A++ and a very attractive facility that is simple, and clean. My only gripe is that the edibles are very inconsistent. This is great medicine when I get the correct dose, but it often times does nothing at all to help with my pain. They were completely out of edibles for over a month this summer and I was able to get edibles elsewhere with much better results.

I love the staff, I wish they had lower more reasonable prices but everything is quality and top shelf

In my opinion, the best around... Staff, super knowledgeable. I truly believe they care and are sincere in making sure I’m making the right decision. Always has new variety to choose from, not the same ole. Definitely, worth the ride...

It frustrates me with how much they can get away with, mediocre deals at best and expensive products. they put their money first rather than the patients..sad

Greenleaf is a great place to shop with a great selection and quality options. The only downside is if there are many people there parking is difficult and the line is long. Amazing place though!

All-around phenomenal! They have a constant rotation of top-quality medicinal strains, which has allowed me to find those that work best for my condition. The staff at Greenleaf is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. Patients on Aquidneck Island feel lucky to have Greenleaf Compassionate Care Center as a caregiver. I had a wonderful first visit. Fast friendly staff. A large selection of products. Staff was helpful in finding the proper products for me. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Parking is tight

An awesome place to shop the people are very nice the atmosphere is very relaxed. They answer all your questions only problem is I'm waiting for a hookah lounge to be installed. Lol

Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars - Greenleaf is my top choice for medical dispensaries in RI and MA. The menu is constantly changing and the offerings have improved over the course of this year. Excellent selections and price points for flower, edibles, and concentrates. One of the few dispensaries that carry enough sativa options. Their concentrate menu has really been impressive as of late. They have good specials everyday and sometimes really cool bundles specials - their kindness collection is great because they are offering a discounted strain off of the regular menu daily, its not just some old flower or leftovers they are trying to unload at all! Their edibles while slightly higher priced than the other RI dispensaries, are still much less than in MA and they are mostly made with organic ingredients if I recall correctly. An added bonus are the extra selection of accessories and devices, also with regular sales. I now go far out of my way to go to Greenleaf even though there is another dispensary very close to me. Nice staff, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, I have had no customer service issues, despite some of the negative reviews posted by others. Greenleaf is awesome.

I love this place but the prices are out of control. They used to have specials for medical members . You could get enough to last the month. Now due to prices doubling since I have been a member. I got a delivery as they had pre ground sale that was over 15%. I also got hash that was so crystallized it wouldn't come out of the container. Half the medicine isn't usable , it's like one rock hard clump , not bubble hash.
