Curaleaf - Melrose Park

Was not satisfied with my purchase. The product on the website advertised the packaging differently and even THC content which is false advertising, although it was the same product, the information and packaging about the product on the website was different from what I had received on label of the product. I called them and told them the situation and they told me to come back and they will see what they can do. Upon returning the staff were pushy, indifferent and condescending (Except for the lady who greeted me at the door she was very kind and willing). They told me they don't do any exchanges or returns but insisted on telling me to come back to the store when I called them. Wasting my time and trying to get me out the store as fast as they could. One of the idiot staff had no courtesy, was very rude and unprofessional and decided to laugh when I was trying to communicate my dissatisfaction to management. I pay way too much to be dealing with lazy management / staff who don't care and lazy website coding. Save yourself the time and money and order from another place or better yet an online vendor! ;)
