Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a specific issue to deal with (migraine type headaches) and he was able to help me find a solution as well as talk about other products I might enjoy.

The greenhouse in Northbrook is amazing and my favorite go to place heather has been a great help with any questions I may have.

I love the reservation system! I love that there’s no wait and I love the variety of products! Alexis is always helpful! SaraMaria, Taylor and jeremias are awesome too!

Its quick and not a long wait, some brands are hit or miss but if you know what you're looking for great bud selection.

I highly recommend the forbidden fruit by ozone! Tastes good and you feel it almost instantly or within 5 minutes! It has a fruit taste but not your normal fruits! It kinda has like an island fruit or Exotic fruit taste but it’s subtle and not overpowering!

I have been coming here for years, the staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I would recommend this location to any and all people. :)

I was really impressed with how smooth and easy going it is there. My entire experience was awesome. They have a great selection and the staff is extremely helpful. Especially considering it can get a little overwhelming. I’d recommend the greenhouse to anyone looking for a quality product and a friendly atmosphere.

been going to greenhouse since september and had my first problem with them at the northbrook location. was actually pretty upset and felt taken advantage of and shocked really cause the weed store is the one place i dont expect that lol. not going to go into to much detail because i believe it was miscommunication but i called to voice my concern was told a manager would call me back shortly. the manager nick called back within 10min probably more like 5 and after patiently listening to me vent my concern for a minute or 2 completely rectified the situation above and beyond within 30 seconds and to be honest completely turned my day around. ty so much nick and all at greenhouse recommend them to everyone. best vibe best place to buy weed in chicagoland hope you take it all over:)

I enjoyed everything from the time I got off the exit ramp and was able to turn right into the parking lot. My experience began as I spotted the large Greenhouse name from the highway and ended with a great haul from the best dispensary in the state. Every step and process was executed with precision and speed as well as being a beautiful, comfortable store that makes you feel very welcome and warm. From the very professional and highly skilled security guards to the people in back packing my order, I felt every person in between exceeded my expectations and I was treated as a “regular” who has been shopping there for years. I usually come to this dispensary because it is close to my home. When I go I usually ask for Jeremías Tyson or Alexis. They are always great. It’s a lovely place go check it out.

This dispensary is the best in all of Illinois. There is little to no wait. They always have the best products in stock. The customer service is discrete and professional. And the experts are kind. I thoroughly enjoy coming in to chat with Mitch. He makes sure that I understand how to use all of my purchases the correct way. Mitch also makes some of the best suggestions which have upped my smoking game forever. Every time I walk in i'm greeted with a lot of positive energy. Not only do they sell cannabis products. Greenhouse is a dispensary that actually cares. I really love all the personalities that Greenhouse Northbrook has hired. I brought my mother in last week because she needed pain relief as she has fought multiple bouts of breast cancer. There aren't any dispensaries in her city. Connie and Rockwell took the time to break down the benefits of all of their products out of the kindness of their own hearts. This is the kind of thing that makes all the difference. Out of kindness and patience Greenhouse has made a lifelong customer out of me.

Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!
