Greenhand - Spokane

Rude as shit… can’t believe how rude service was. Grandmother asked if you had a restroom while I’m there to purchase from you. Could have just politely said sorry no public restroom instead of carding a 70+ and making her feel unwanted like trash off the street -.-‘. Then you get my order wrong and talk to me like I’m ignorant making me feel like shit. Customer service is crap, wish you had manners and didn’t talk to people like the way you do. Hurtful and unnecessary.

Convenient location with knowledgeable staff and good prices. I used to frequent other dispensaries but Greenhand is now my go to place.

The customer service is always good. Facility is nice but I really would like them to start updating their Leafly menus more. As it stands they haven't updated since this January. Bonus they're one of the few dispensaries that carry Tranquil Forest products.

Placed an online order today on what I thought was a good deal at Greenhand, Spokane. My order was not confirmed online, so I tried calling Greenhand for an hour to check on product availability. The phones line were busy. I arrived at Greenhand to hear exucuses about not being able to check on online orders, as well as the product seen in stock online not available in store. A handful of dispensaries in Spokane use tactics of luring patrons in store for products seen online but not in stock, only to disappoint customers with attemps of upselling unwanted product. Confirm all orders by phone with Greenhand, or risk wasting a trip.

I just started going to this dispensary about 2 weeks ago. I love this store, and not just b/c it’s down the road from me, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The couple of people with whom I have dealt with have been very friendly, knowledgeable and not afraid to recommend products. Even though I have my regular dispensary that I deal with, this is DEFINITELY the store that I choose when I’m not working. Thanx guys, you are awesome!!

I love the order for pickup option. It saves time and always has me in and out on the go. I ordered a few things online but was talked into adding additional prerolls to my order once in the shop. They always have nice deals for you to check out new products. That day it happened to be 40% off on one particular brand since the grow company themselves matched the discount in house!! Now that I'm in the neighborhood, I'll probably stop by again.

Greenhand is a nice shop with a good selection and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very helpful at picking the strand that will work best for me. Always best quality products at unbeatable prices. It has become the only place I go now.

I like it. I enjoy each visit. Of course I am an economy smoker mostly buying pre rolls. But the occasional flowers are of great quality. And there is a awesome selection.

Stopped in here shortly after they opened and have continued to go back almost daily! The budtenders treat you like friends and they always make me feel like they are looking out for my needs rather than forcing a product on me. So happy they are in my neighborhood!!

I love the energy, Brittany and Hannah gave a one service and they was very patient with me. I come often and the connection is topping on my comfort level.

I put in an order online but never got the text that it was ready. I went to the store a couple hours later because I was in that area. They had my order but said that one of my items wasn't in stock. No problem, I chose something else. I like the store and the people are great. But I'm left to wonder why I wasn't contacted about the out of stock item. Would they have eventually notified me or were they waiting for me to show up while I was waiting to hear that my order was ready. I've been here before and I will still come again, but someone dropped the ball on this one.

I really like this location and the budtenders. The only thing is I don’t find decent lower priced stuff a lot here compared to other stores. They have good products and prices are in line with other stores just wish they had more/better eights ranging $12-$18.
