This company has great service. The people are very friendly and professional. They are raising the bar for this type of business and have left others in their wake. I am definitely now a committed customer to Green2go and am excited for all they will be doing. Keep up being awesome!

The quality and service were only out matched by the amazing forward thinking of the founders and staff...Kudos to the best meds, customer service, and business model in Eastern Washington!..Hands down, Green2Go is THE new standard.....Thanks again guys.

Ridiculous prices, they won't stock many different brands like the other dispensaries. They have a huge nice building that looks amazing and have wasted it with offering hardly any selection. They also mark up the prices on CBD products, which is horrible and disgusting. That is when they actually stock them! And they have barely any tinctures or topicals. The majority of the employees know nothing about cannabis and especially not about medical. The employees that look at the cameras freak out at the slightest thing and constantly get after people. The edibles are extremely overpriced at about 30 dollars for 100mg of thc on average. I've been to many and this is the worst. I bet all the protesters in west Richland about the one on arena road are green2go staff.

Look online for prices. Be ready for that. The prices are expected thougha nd not what my review is about.
Every time I have gone in I felt like I was rushed to make a decision. First I told the budtender what my dose for edibles was and he showed me something with have the amount of thc in it. He assured me it would do the trick. When I asked what he had that was stronger he got annoyed.
Anytime I try to ask questions about what I'm shown there willing to answer questions about the first thing they showed me and then get annoyed after I want to see what my other choices are. This has happened with edibles and concentrates when I wanted to know what my choices are.
Be ready to be rushed through so they can make a sale. Sure they have a screen with all the selections they offer and a menu online, but a title and price are not a description of the item. I want to know exactly what I'm buying; this isn't important to the budtenders that have helped me though. One even had the nerve to say didn't you decide what you want while you waited. This makes me not want to come back. Maybe I'll try Prosser.

Don't let the negative reviews fool you, I study the menu daily and compared to the competition, they have budget prices, quality oil and wonderful bud and a great staff. As a monthly patron, I pick G2Go above all and I love each visit

Ive been dealing w/ these Folks now for a few months. They are always respectful, prompt, and I have never ever had a batch of trees that was not good. Some have been better then others, but Ive always achieved what I was seeking. Green2Go are at homee family people, good hearted. I met a few of them and they are all great. No matter where I call from they always get what I need in a timely manner. Thanks Guys.

This is an honest review from a medical patient. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about strains and the products they offer. Prices are high for a legal state, but this particular business has no local legal competition. It is common for medical patients to wait in line, often outdoors for 20+ minutes. They recently opened an additional location and updated their original location, yet did not pave the parking, so I hope they are at least paying their staff a decent wage. I am a veteran as well as a patient, and while they do give discounts for vets, on more than one occasion the staff made me show 3 separate pieces
of ID 3 times for one transaction. Probably because they don't get too many, because they are clearly focused more on the rec side than the medical side and it shows.

Would give them a ZERO if I could! Have gone 3 times since they have opened. Service is very very slow! 1st time 35 min wait at original location. 2nd time was 3 weeks ago 45 minutes waiting with 12 people on staff behind the counter you have to look at selection on kiosks or online. online ordering is faster I hear but I saw it take 20 to 30 minutes for people standing in that line! 3rd time was today figured maybe I should give them 1 more try...Got there as I walked up people came out because of the wait, Guy checks my ID at the door(they always check it twice) and then asked me to wait outside in the cold and rain! They had 10 people working cash registers today.I told him I will never be back! The Bake shop in prosser has far better prices and selections never more than 5 mins in and out I will always make the drive from now on Green2Go has rude staff and very slow servers. 3 strikes your out guys don't know how you have any good reviews I personally haven't talked to anyone who actually likes your business just that you are in town. And I travel alot I've been to dispensaries in 6 states and 17 here in Washington This is the worst I have ever come across!!!

Its hot in there omg and 20 to 45 min wait outside in the sun doesn't help then there's barely any where to sit the bud tenders will give you good advice for like thirty seconds the just say yes to every question you ask . I felt rushed

Have asked budtenders multiple times for top shelf flower but they always give me stuff that tastes like hay. Virginia company=garbage, binx buds= garbage. Pretty much the only good stuff is phat panda flowers. Pretty much everything else is outdoor.

after deciding what i wanted from the menu before driving ago the way to Finley, I wasn't thrilled AT ALL that they didn't have what i wanted. they didn't even have what was playing on the menu board there.

Green2Go is my favorite mobile dispensary! My opinion may be biased, as this is the only dispensary I have tried in the four months since receiving my medical authorization, but I have found no reason to explore alternative options. The flowers are always beautiful & I love the dàmà oils! Thank you for providing quality medicine & for being so kind! :)

As someone who has traveled and checked out many dispensaries in this state as well as others I find Green2Go to be one of my favorites. The staff is amazing and very friendly and their products are some of the best in the state. For all the people complaining, be grateful you have a dispensary near that you can go into and purchase cannabis products LEGALLY! Remember we didn't always have easy access to such an amazing plant and we should be grateful to live in this time of change.
