How difficult is it to give patients their change? Absolutely pathetic behavior from the budtenders here.

Place was clean, front desk lady was very nice, once I got into buy the man couldn't speak English very well I had a hard time understanding him. The product I got stated thc level online and when I got my product and go home (I live over an hour away) the thc was alot lower than stated online. Not a very happy customer.

This is the first dispensary around the KC area that I've been to where the staff actually knew their stuff when it came to medical and what they didn't know we figured out. I have asked or discussed it at a few places now and get nowhere. This feels more like a knowledgeable setting and they steer you in the right direction of other strains that may help to watch for based upon what helps you now or what is said to help . They take the time to explain. It's helpful when the staff have also tried the product to know. This stuff can be expensive so I know that isn't always feasible to buy that new strain every time that they get it in.

Very clean and excellent variety. Most importantly: the Bubba Fett Flower from here was beautiful and oh so effective. The online ordering is very efficient. Some of the staff still appears to be undergoing training but I am still in and out each time I go. They have a ton of well-priced pipes that I haven’t seen at any other dispensaries. My wife and I have been here 2 or 3 times and each time has been a good and pleasant experience, the quality of the products of what ive tried has been decent, customer service AWESOME!!! and they have some of the best deals PERIOD- If you havent been.....its definitely worth the trip!

staff was very friendly, not all the tenders understand how the limits and amounts work and most of staff was not very knowledgeable about products, products are same as everywhere else for most part, good selection on smoking accessories, given some time and experience this could turn out to be a great store for liberty, time will tell fyi the hash that's available is keef from bottom of grinder 50$ for .5g is way to much but the industry is monop

They do not refund bad Flower. I bought some,opened it smelled like Hay Badly,smoked badly,tasted horrible. No return,no exchange. They do no Back thier products.

THERE IS A SIMILAR REVIEW, POSTED JUST A FEW DAYS AGO... Cashier # 64353 just stole $10 from my change. I didn't notice originally because she was being rude AF and also failed to count back my change (she crumpled up the bills into a ball before handing it to me)... I called the store and spoke the manager (LUKE), but he blew me off; he NEVER even asked for the employees name. The gentleman that help me was very nice, knowledgeable, and did not rush me and help me choose which strand would be best for my medical issues! I am so happy to finally have a location actually open that's closer than 30 miles from my house! I will definitely be back especially with their loyalty program they offer!

staff is amazing and know there stuff.. i have been a few times now and everytime i return its a better experience then the last.. and close to home where i dont have to drive over an hour away.. keep up the good work

The person working the front desk seemed very disorganized and did greet everyone as there was a wait. Everything seemed to get mixed up and confused and there was bad communication at the check in process. When I got back in the room to make my purchase, my bud tender was not knowledgeable at all. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong strain. However, the bud was good. I got the Hey Ya brand.

I love shopping at Green Relief in Liberty Mo. Their prices are right on par with other dispensaries. Green Relief also has a very wide selection of product, but their service is second to none. The first couple times I visited this store I was lucky enough to have the help of sales representative Jamie W. She is an exceptional employee that took the time to explain all strands of marijuana and recommended the best strand for me based on my medical condition. I have learned so much for her and I thank her for her help. However, any sales person you encounter in this store has excellent product knowledge and is very friendly.

Do not go to this place, they will double charge you and hold your money hostage for a month and make you bring in a bank statement to get you money back. Double charging and holding money hostage is no way to do business.

Subpar offerings of flower, very similar to 3SD, no Illicit which is a real bummer. Good edibles selection including drinks. Friendly budtender but no security guard which is weird. Won’t be back because Greenlight and From The Earth in Independence both offer way better flower. Too far from Blue Springs unless I want drinks and can’t find them. C+ as a lot could improve (iPad style menu, artwork in lobby, security). Cookie-cutter at best.

This is my go to dispensary! Everyone that I've encountered here are very nice. Great customer service! Their rewards program is great and I swear I get a discount every other time I'm here! Good variety of products. The inventory gets better and better too!
