I’ve been in here several times and I gotta say they are very good at what they do. The girls behind the counter always so friendly. The gentleman greeting people is also very polite and sends off good vibes. They have a menu on the display board in the lobby which gives you a chance to pick what you want before going into the back. Once you’re in the back it’s like Willy wonkas. The staff is very quick to get you in and out but at the same time you don’t feel rushed if you want to take your time you’re more then welcome too. They’re so friendly and have answered many questions I had and was just very knowledgeable.

Very poor service, menu is always outdated. I place an order and then get text messages from unknown number offering me different options saying my item has been sold out. Bait and switch. When we finally worked something out they say I cannot use my loyalty points since they "are giving me such a deal". Total BS

Their very knowledgeable and always have great deals. This place is 3 miles from me and I've been using them for a year. My dad's been with them for a few years. They're always willing to help me find a good strain depending on what I'm going through at the time.

So convenient close to home. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Before Covid-19 everytime I was ever in the building I never had to touch a doorknob! They open and close all doors for you. Very clean environment. I must say this dispensary is in my top 5 favorites.

Price gouging. The most expensive dispensary around. No thanks!

Very confusing dispensary. They have "daily sales" which are just shake and trim "discounted" to reasonable prices and then tell you that you can't use your loyalty points on shake even though it's obviously not a "sale" or discounted at all, it's just the normal price you would expect to pay for shake. It's obvious that they just take the shake out of their bulk bud and call it a sale, because they know most of their customers won't buy the overpriced crap. On top of that they routinely have inconsistencies in the pricing. A gram of 2 different strains can cost the same price but then an ounce of those same strains is 2 different prices. 10/g for 15% dirt weed or 10/g for 16% dirt weed but then 136 for an ounce of the 15% and 200 for the 16%? They want 70 dollars for 1% of thc difference? Absolutely inexcusable. Treating medical patients like your cash cow and refusing to regulate your prices is a disgusting practice that should be abandoned immediately, but dispensary owners know they can get away with prices far beyond what you would ever pay on the street. Taking advantage of sick patients to make a quick buck is abhorrent and the owner should be ashamed to make such a profit off the ailments of others. Top it off with their collaboration with law enforcement for security and this is a very corporate feeling dispensary which wouldn't get any business if not for the fact that it's the oldest dispensary in the state and the only one in the area they occupy.

Not the place for me.

Well I went to get a particular strain called L'🍊range..luv this strain...unfortunately they didn't have it.So the manager gave me a deal on another Strain... SLURRICANE 🔥I'm a SATIVA lover...So I asked the bud tender was this a Sativa strain and he assured me that it was...And I took his word for it, didn't even bother to check.got hm and it's a indica dominant hybrid..it was 🔥but not what I asked for...So check your meds before you leave...other than that I Love this place..still will go back.

I’m pretty disappointed in the service my caregiver/ finance received yesterday. I sent him in to place an order for me but he wasn’t able to get in after giving him a hassle about his ID. He gave them both MD IDs for MMCC & showed them his state ID. They requested to hold all 3 but since he works government jobs his ID is too valuable to allow anyone to physically hold it. He told them they could hold both MMCC cards & he would show them his state ID again in the back once his turn was up. They wouldn’t allow that so he ended up leaving. I have him frequent this dispensary often and this was the first time he’s EVER had this problem. I’d expect he would receive the same quality service as any patient. Pretty disappointed.

BEST DISPENSARIES IN Maryland!!! WOW DO I LOVE THIS PLACE. Plus they have 3 locations now SO FRIENDLY AND KIND AS THE DOOR IS HELD OPEN FOR YOU & GREETED WITH A SMILE A WIDE VARIETY OF TOP SHELF PRODUCTS GPW HAS THE MOST STRAINS IVE EVER SEEN THE STAFF ARE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. ALWAYS GREAT DEALS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The past few times I’ve been inside the entire staff was laughing and carrying on. Made me feel very uncomfortable being there! My concentrates I purchased were excellent but much desires for their unprofessional budtenders and some staff!
