Green Lady is different than any other shop in the area. Here, you are not just a customer but part of the Green Lady family. Donnie has remembered my name from my first visit and asks about my family every time. I have never felt like he was too busy to have a conversation with me and I always leave with a smile. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful, especially Tara, who has never recommended a product that I didn't LOVE. I especially love that they support, and put on events for organizations that are close to my heart, like Breast Cancer Awareness and the organization Twenty22Many (which supports veterans and suicide awareness). The atmosphere here is second to none.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Also let us know right away that their debit card machine was not working and there was an ATM next door. They have a RX supply. Not all shops do. They seem to be better stocked than when I first went here a year ago. Highly recommended.
Erik is one of the best budtender as he is super frriendly, he has great product knowledge and everything that I have purchased from him was always what I needed.
Online ordering actually states that you skip the line when you order online.
This is 2x now that I've been told I have to wait to pick up my order and it isn't ready once I finally get helped! Even though I got a text and email saying it was.
Absolutely ridiculous. I waited so long for the other customers to be helped and even another guy with on-line order behind me was getting frustrated.
So this time the bud tender gave me 4 of the items instead of the 7 I ordered because he said they were out of the others .
Won't be going back sadly and will be telling others as I've always only went here but lately it's been so bad.
