I’ve had a few deliveries from Green Gratitude since moving to the neighborhood, and I’m consistently impressed. I definitely feel like I get a really good price on what I’m looking for. Their flower hasn’t let me down yet, the online staff is communicative and their delivery drivers extremely helpful. Will definitely be ordering again.
Recently moved to Portland, and this is my new main dispensary. Chill staff, don’t make you feel like you don’t know anything, and good prices across the board. Thank you all for kickin ass
Horrible customer service The two gentlemen managers were there they train their employees like trash And not with respect also there this manager name Connor he made me feel uncomfortable he was flirting with me and looking at my top I don’t think I’ll be coming back anymore and I will share this with everyone and Business Bureau to report it.
Today I had a very unpleasant experience. I placed an order because the site said you were still delivering. Order went through. Confirmed and preparing the order is the email I got. However I waited all day just to never get my delivery. An absolute waste of my time and day. Had I known I was going to get screwed over by green gratitude I would've taken my business somewhere else. Now unfortunately it is too late and everything is now closed. The way you have conducted your business is horrible. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate of someone else's time. If you are closed. Say your closed. If you are no longer delivering. Say you are no longer delivering. Communication goes a long way. I won't be shopping here again.
Old products - dry flowers - lazy workers/owner - what's not to love, right?
The owner of this company is extremely lazy and inept. Their business practices are inconsistent like their flower.
If you value your money at all, then stay away from this low class operation.
Multiple times I have tried to order from this dispensary and they almost never follow through. They will wait 3 hours after you order to cancel the order altogether with no explanation. At this point Leafly should take their store off the site altogether.
Delivery order. Gal was nice, but an item was missing from my order. I'm fairly upset to not receive something I paid for. Won't order from this shop again.
