Green Goddess Collective - Venice

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, easy to work with, but ridiculous prices!!!! The midgrades are $17-$19 a gram which is insane! Even their top shelf flowers should be mid at best. Other than that, the do have some dank bud and OK edible selection

I was just SO embarrassed and humiliated by a woman working behind the counter that I'm afraid I cannot give a good review nor do I want to return. As a local professional living on the canals of Venice just right around the corner from Green Goddess Collective I'm sorry to say the customer service I received was just horrendous and extremely unsettling that I feel it necessary to share with my community. I came to the Collective by myself on Thursday afternoon, this being my first time to this shop. The woman helping me behind the counter started right off the bat with an attitude as if she didn't have time to answer questions. And when she did answer, she spoke softly enough and far back from the counter that I had a hard time hearing her and politely asked her to say that again. The line behind me was full with patrons awaiting their turn, and in front of everyone the woman told me to "clean my ears"! My face turned so red of sheer embarrassment and my eyes welled up. And instead of making an intellectual decision I just bought what was in front of me to the tune of $300, ran my card and shuffled myself passed the huge line of people who just witnessed my humiliation and the treatment I had just received from the clerk, who's name she told me smugly was "Doloris". When I got downstairs, refaced, I did ask to speak with the manager who was very kind, however in the moment of still being perturbed I wasn't able to tell her all the details, and what the clerk said to me, and how much I had just paid for that kind of service, all I was able to say in that moment was that clerk made me very uncomfortable and that her rudeness was super unnecessary. I really hope the manager - who shook my hand and looked me in the eyes kindly - will pass off her good customer service etiquette onto Doloris, so that it doesn't happen again to anyone else coming into her store. And for Doloris, you should be ashamed of yourself working in an industry, and a location for that matter, where RUDE is not acceptable nor necessary!

I have been to Green Goddess twice and loved it both times. The first time I went I had just obtained my MMJ card. I admit it was strange being able to go into a store and buy weed. They have IPads with menus you can peruse while waiting your turn (I waited less than 5 minutes each time). They have an awesome selection of flowers and the staff are super chill and will tell you about the different strains. Highly recommend!

Great place, but do not buy any vape batteries from here, they do not work.

Very clean and organized compared to other dispensaries in the area. Great atmosphere and a helpful staff that is very knowledgable about any questions you may have. I'll be returning frequently!

Super cool place, was my first time in the area and they were super sweet. Came back another time, for sure. They know a lot about the bud; my last visit, I was way naucious. Staff member, (who's name I wish I didn't forget because she was from Greenwich, a town not too far from where I'm originally from), hooked me up with some amazing strains: Strawberry Banana & Champagne. I took my medication and of course, nauciousness and headache, relieved! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! They're awesome :) Also, love that back home, my nickname was The Green Godess ~ Positive vibes to the staff here, very helpful.

This is one of my favorite local spots. There is always a wide variety of strains and the selections are always great. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable; they will give you real and honest opinions on the products. They get busiest on those sunny Venice days when the whole world wants to come down to the beach but otherwise the traffic flow is good so you're not waiting forever. Some of the constants are high quality Skywalker, Blackberry Kush, Blue Dream, and the house Green Goddess all of which are yummy. Very Nice selection of super tasty edibles as well.

I've lived in Venice Beach for over 20; the green goddess is the best herb shop in town!

Although they do not have a great pre-filled cartridge selection, they have a nice selection of oils and cartridges. Also, the very kind staff offered to fill my cartridges for me, which is above and beyond the call of duty :)

One of the most beautiful lab looking dispensaries, slightly more expensive but it's close to Venice beach so it's understandable:)

Being new to california and after getting my doctors recomendation an immediate trip to a dispensary was neccessary. The Dr's office suggested I pay Green Goddess a visit so I type the address into the GPS and off I go. Parking was pretty easy to find close to the shop and the store itself was easy to find. Up the stairs and through the door Im greeted by a security guard and front counter. They asked if this was my first visit and after replying yes Im asked to fill out some paperwork. Once Im into their system im allowed to go up the stairs into the actual shop. The whole process was pretty quick, 10 mins tops. Im welcomed by one of their budtenders and offered help. I browse through their tablets with their menu and peruse the shelves with flowers, concentrates and edibles. My first choices were blackberry kush, sunset sherbet, alpine og, and some hindu kush wax. The blackberry and sherbet were both winners. Grown, flushed and cured properly the buds were real beauties. I wish now that I inspected the alpine og a little closer because after I cracked the jar opened I realized the buds were more on the leafy side and the buds were not dense as a kush should be. All in all its a fantastic shop with kind people. I would definitly return again.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries, they have a bunch of different strains at a bunch of different prices. The veriety is amazing and the people who work there really know there stuff.
