Green Dragon - Thornton

THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS NO LOYALTY TO KNOWN CUSTOMERS. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most of the staff knows me by face and name. I have purchased multiple vape cartridges ($15 - $20) from the THORNTON store and have had to return some of them for one reason or another. I've never had an issue with that before, until today. I made the mistake of bringing in the battery and no cartridge (even though the battery clearly had residue from a leaking cartridge), and was told there was nothing to be done. What makes this unfair is that I was told in store that there was nothing they can do with the cartridge upon return, and that without a receipt they couldn't help, EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN PULL UP MY TRANSACTION HISTORY ON FILE IN STORE to see that I am a loyal customer who obviously purchased the FAULTY cartridge there. THE MOST INSULTING PART IS THAT THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM OR PROVE MY CONTINUED BUSINESS BY CHECKING MY PROFILE IN STORE. WHY STAY LOYAL TO A COMPANY THAT WILL JUST TOSS YOU ASIDE? I'll find cheaper prices from somewhere else, but what kept me coming back was the great service that fooled me into thinking they'd look out for me when I needed them to. I AM NEVER COMING BACK. SAD the only dispensary I bothered to shop at since moving to Colorado spit in my face at the drop of a hat.....

So they never have ANY THING. Always out. The bud tenders dont know ANY THING about the flower. They will look at you stupid and make fun of you if you ask a simple question like what the strain make up is. One time I went in tax was included in prices then it wasnet then it was again and today it wasent. That's sketchy. Buds are tiny. The only thing the bud tenders know here is how to take your money, and what a simple job becuase there is very little of anything to buy here.

Bought a couple of pretty rolls for $9 each they got taxed three bucks for my card and when I got home they were the tiniest pre-rolls I've ever seen in my life 0.5 G that says on there and it's the tiniest little thing not impressed won't ever be going back there again

My first visit to this dispensary I made a fairly large purchase of several different items that included bud and vape cartridges. Because we purchased many different items it was a couple of months before we opened one of the vape cartridges, and when we did we discovered it did not work. I called the store and was Informed that they would only make an exchange in the first 2 weeks after purchase. Who opens and tries all their product immediately after to check for defects? We purchased several vape cartridges, and they usually last 1-2 months. This was a $40 cartridge! They took my information and told me that someone from the main office would contact me but that never happened. I will never spend my money in this or any other Green Dragon dispensary again.

lot of the flowers I seen on leafy app looked nothing like the pictures lots of leaves and stringy looking first time I went was disappointed to no $80 ozs like app showed drove way out of our way too

I don’t like prepackaged flower for the exact reason I was reminded of at Green Dragon. The flower was dry and to exact weight (whereas most place will way a lil heavy). The setup isn’t the greatest. Definitely better around.

Amazing Place For Beginners

This is a great place, minus a few. I enjoy ordering online so I don’t have to be inside very long. Just wish employees were more educated on strains so when something is out of stock they can recommend something similar and not exact opposite or just another sativa or indica, there’s more to it. Don’t think I’ll be coming again though because one of their employees was being dropped off for their shift. It was raining hard. They hit our car with their car door in the parking lot….. hard. So hard it shook our car. The kid looked at us said oops and ran inside. No apologies or concerns for our vehicle. Not to mention all the other crazy drivers in their parking lot. They picked a terrible location. Make sure you don’t go during lunch hours or after work, too many people.
