Best delivery in Phoenix! I got so tired of hitting rush hour traffic or a crowds of people after work at my local dispensaries, so I tried out Grassp. Delivery is fast, selection and quality is amazing. Never going out again now that I can have it delivered to my door step! Highly recommend!

Placed an order at 11:30am, told my delivery, due to high demand and the quarantine, would be between 2-5pm. Ok I can work with that. However after that window goes by and I reach out to customer service I am told TWO hours later at 7 that my delivery has been moved to the next day? So Now that all of my local dispensaries are closed near me I guess it’s “sorry for ya”...Do better for the next customer because my experience was awful. Make it right...that sorry nonsense is just that, nonsense.

I used this delivery and I’m still smiling. I was wiped out and in 5pm traffic. My local dispensary had a line. It was the first time I was visiting after rec legal and I was selfishly having a panic attack/ tantrum because I wasn’t prepared. So I thought I’d try delivery. As an older woman, it was kind of nervous making but the sweet voice on the phone and professional follow up sold me. Then a smiling young person arrived with my order. Easy, friendly transaction and we were done. I had my cartridges that only 90 minutes ago were making me nuts trying to avoid street construction and rightfully excited new rec folk. Don’t waste your time after you place your order you get a call 10min later saying they can’t get to you until the next 3hrs how about you hire more ppl

Best call I have ever made for delivery. Nadia was so helpful on the phone. I was confused about how to order and she accepted my phone calls like we have been friends forever. So helpful and kind! Delivery was fast compared to other experiences and Levi was a pleasure to meet. Again, kindness and a very welcoming personality. I felt at ease with him in my home. Not to mention the bomb ass nugs! Fire OG and Blue Frost were absolutely top shelf. I truly recommend Grassp to any and everyone. I will be a frequent customer.

GRASSP is the only true cannabis company devoted to medical patients. Especially for the older disabled cannabis community whom are unable to drive. We are usually the ones who spend the most money and need the most consistent cannabis. We are also the ones who miss out on dispo promos, vendor on site giveaways, any senior/military discounts and simply running out of the product we need to recreational users. This goes on in every state. Once recreational is implemented, the medical patient gets forgotten about to profits. On top of all this, the delivery companies we do have charge 5 to 10 bucks more on each product purchased. At GRASSP it is easier than placing a pizza delivery order. The best part is that after you deal with applying silly coupon codes like at the supermarket, you can make purchases for delivery that cost less than at the dispensary. This is after tax and tip too in some cases. And don’t get me started on the customer service. GRASSP has every form of contact reachability with friendly patient reps that truly take the time to listen and help you with your needs. Extremely professional and helpful service! They took their time to explain what products would help my dad through his cancer treatment and also went over dosing. The products we chose helped him tremendously and I'm incredibly grateful. Will definitely be using Grassp on a regular basis, thank you!

If you’re looking for a great delivery place that’s willing to go across the valley to deliver what you want, I highly recommend this place especially during the Covid—19 pandemic. I live in Maricopa, AZ in Pinal County and they’re one of the only dispensaries willing to come here. They also are even willing to go to San Tan Valley and I’m sure much more. Being able to cover a wide range like that is really impressive to me especially during the Coronavirus and these guys are stepping up to the plate. Along with that, every single person that works at Grassp has been nothing but kind and professional and they have a variety of choices to enjoy your weed. The only they could do better is I wish they did have more flower (especially with sativas) and cartridges but given they have way more variety than the delivery-only dispensaries I’ve used in the past, it’s really not a big issue for me. They have a bit of everything and it makes up for it. Thank you to Grassp for going out of your way for your patience and being truly dedicated to the delivery experience. You are making hundreds of people feel safer knowing they don’t have to go out to get it. Thank you so much.

After ordering a few times they tend to forget about you, I've been put off the last few times at the last minute (9:30pm) saying tomorrow.(after placing order atleast six hours prior) without any update in between ,left waiting around all day. After asking and no replys from anyone even after the rhetorical message asking if tomorrow's delivery would be okay let us know still waiting on answers and delivery.... extremely dissatisfied and will definitely be using another delivery in the future

I do not recommend GRASSP at all- AWFUL customer service. I have had issues with ordering in the past with their promo codes not working and always have to message their customer service so I’ve never had a smooth experience with them yet. Then yesterday, I placed an order at 5:30pm and again had an issue with a promo code that they had to manually correct after I contacted customer service, before my order finally went through. Once they received the order I got a confirmation text that my order was scheduled for delivery in the evening. I waited, stuck at home, 3 hours and never heard anything from them and nothing was delivered, so I texted their customer service number and they needed to “check on my order”. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have time to deliver my order and wanted to deliver it the following day (today) instead, which it was now almost 9pm and all walk in dispensaries in my area were closed. I was very upset and asked them why they did not notify me that they screwed up their scheduling for the evening as I could have just went elsewhere to receive my medicine. They then said they were low on drivers and that was actually the issue- didn’t answer my question. I then proceeded to screenshot their policy (which they texted to me when they received my order- it came with my confirmation text) that if any changes needed to be made to my delivery time, which was scheduled for the evening, that I would be contacted- which they never did. I sent them a copy and they had no explanation to give me other than they are short on drivers and said that they had “just” figured out the final driving schedule and that is when they contacted me... I had to remind them that they DID NOT CONTACT ME, I had to contact them because I sat there waiting for 3 hours and it was getting close to 9pm. They were just filled with excuses, couldn’t keep their stories straight, exhibited horrible customer service, did nothing to rectify the situation, and we’re just plain lazy and unprofessional in dealing with the issue. If they couldn’t make the delivery after I placed the order last night due to a staff shortage, that would have been totally fine if they would have notified me in a timely manner, so I would have had time to get my medicine elsewhere before all other places closed- I would have been completely understanding. Instead, they never even messaged me and when comfronted with their error, did not want to deal with it and just made excuses for dropping the ball. I took screenshots of everything. Very unprofessional service and I would not recommend them.

I've ordered twice from Grassp & am very happy with everything! The California Orange is my favorite & has amazing quality. My delivery guy, Aaron, is professional, friendly, & fast. First order was rcvd in a little over an hour, second order was here 30 minutes after I clicked "place order"! I'm sad they don't run weekly specials like other delivery services but customer service has been amazing finding discounts. & I don't mind paying a little more for this quality. I never have to leave the house again! :)

Were are our reward points? I have not received them for over 6m now!!! I keep asking and get the run around!? Plus new diamond flowers available $69 an 1/8 without to be able to use discount r promos on.!!! WOW!! come on that’s way to much for an 1/8 , just plain being very greedy and no incentives on top. Just krazy up pricing and if continues I will be definitely finding a new dispensary with just as good premium quality for cheaper👍 not happy with increased pricing. Plus that last preroll for my bday was bunk A. . Crap! wrapped in a high quality paper/ filter n put in a HG tube! SMH!!! ...U could have pulled that on someone that does not no there flowers, but u got the wrg person! All I asked for was something for my birthday gift beside the edibles that I can not take cuz of my surgar levels! I that so hard to take care if ur loyal customers, in which may not be anymore if they keep up this no regarding for loyal customers and greedy price gougeing! 😔

Seems what I ordered must be baseline quality. AMF, Orange Crack and Platinum Purple Punch. First off, the flower did not look like the pictures and the were all dry bud. With the description of each strain... wow did not help me with any of my symptoms. Did not call the Dispensary because honestly...what are they going to do? Just want to give a heads up! Bud looks great in pictures, but eh when opened. I will say 1 package of 2 gummies for my extra gift was the only thing that was worth it. But not for the $100+ I spent. The TWO star was for the 25% off and for the 2 30 mg gummies.

Ordered 1st time in AZ...they were having buy1get1 promos on flower...ordered 2 different strains the 2 with highest thc...not my favorite flowers, the actual product looks nothing like the pics...for being “top tier” i thought it looked like some mids/light deps...i should of went with the b1g1 on the mpx deal instead....anyone thinking about ordering i suggest going to a real dispo where you can actually check out the product before purchasing

The product delivered to me was an ounce of leaves, trim, 6 tiny kernel buds , and stems it was a complete disgrace to medical marijuana. the people are so Nice! but the weed they are selling is horrible I can't believe I paid 198 dollars for 8 bags of complete trash. no dispensary would ever sell you this product. I got ripped off and now I'm out my money and no chance at quality medication. thanks guys. you lied to my face. I asked your driver if it was trim? or if it was bomb? he said it was bomb, best trees ever. couldn't of been further from the truth. wow, I guess there is levels to this game and you guys are on level 1. to even think your putting a good face on mmj is a joke. here is my free review to get that free product you offered.
