Polo figgs and bird killed it helping us pick out some goodies! We appreciate y’all and the work you guys do for the St. Louis area!

Called to check inventory. Had a great phone call with Whitney and when I got there I worked with Figgs and he was great! Long time customer. Would definitely go back.

On the outside, Jane Dispensary is a boujee millennial weed boutique, so I've had my reservations but as soon as I walked in I immediately felt welcome. Interacting with the front desk person (Sid) made my day, and at the counter they were equally as wonderful. My one complaint is that Jane doesn't feature deli style flower, but it's made up for with the service. Pretty decent prices considering its location on Delmar, will definitely be returning

By far the best customer service I’ve had in a dispensary. The whole staff was engaged, very friendly, and they know what they are talking about. Went with the Black Jack based on a recommendation and was very pleased. Looking forward to the next visit!

I have to say the whole Staff is the Gold Standard for knowledge of product, budtending, and the 1 on 1 customer service always with a smile. Greg, Martin, Dave, Devyn, Sam, Polo, Byrd, Cione, Jamie, Nicki, Carl, Figgs, Whitney, and Jeff are great!! Any day you go in the store you are immediately greeted and helped with any recommendations or questions you may have regarding any of the products.

I already wrote one review about the store overall, but wanted to make a separate one for an employee named Polo. I came in last week for the first time and Polo was the one that helped me out. Since it was my first time there I had a lot of questions about different strains, product types, etc. Polo came through with all the knowledge! I left feeling like I just took an advanced college course 🤣 I was so happy to walk in today and see him there again. Thanks for the awesome customer service Polo! The industry needs more people like you!

Sid was my budtender during my first visit and I explained what was ailing me me and they gave me a pretty solid recommendation to treat my sciatica. I purchased a different vape cart that day, but returned today to purchase the cart they initially recommended to me, which was lemon tree punch. I live close to Jane and plan to continue frequenting it because the employees know their stuff. Thanks again Sid!

Every time my partner and I come into this store, it’s like being greeted by old friends every time. Not ashamed to say Im a frequent flyer and they never let me down with their recommendations. When I tell you it's every single worker in this store, they are absolutely fantastic. I havent gone to any other dispensaries in months! You gotta go stop by my favorite people on Delmar, it's a must.
