The first time we ordered online and it was very quick, efficient and professional. The second time we went in and talked to a Bud Tender named Shane who truly embodied their motto "Science, Access, Dignity, Compassion". He was patient and knowledgeable with all the questions, he thought creatively to meet our needs, he presented the information in ways we could access and seemed to be proud of his work and knowledge as well as curious to continue learning more.
