Golden Meds

There are lots of little things that I didn't like about the shop. The service kinda pushy, didn't have an item that they had advertised. This isn't a terrible shop they have a decent selection. There are shops that I like and will shop at and this just isn't one of them.

Very poor customer service. Was uncomfortable waiting. Very impersonal. Felt rushed by the staff to make a decision. Told them I was looking for a very specific concentrate. Ended up buying the wrong item. Asked to swap it out after I realized it wasn't what I asked for. They could care less. Never going back to this place.

amazing budz and concentrate but kind of hard to see all the edibles behind the counter and they don't really help u read them either . maybe a menu would help . overall danky shop

Tried to return a faulty battery and had the worst customer service experience and the manager didn’t say anything after talking to her. “ not everyone one is sweet like candy” we’re the managers words and allowed the employee to talk over me and refuse to ring me up after telling him his customer service was bad. Did not buy intended purchase (edibles) for that day. Will never return again and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Well this is my third time going to golden meds and my last. They don't honor coupons all the time. They had a jar of maybe a pound of shake for rec and wouldn't sell at the coupon price. said to come back another day after my half hour drive. quality is poor but for the coupon price it's almost worth it. wouldn't touch there other stuff ever again for what they charge. Go somewhere else if you want an honest worthwhile quality deal.

Went in and this woman who worked there and didn't give me her name. Glasses and a ponytail black hair shaved in the back was the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. She said she was only here for about 2 months. She wanted to argue with me when I asked about the specials and live sugar saying they didn't have it when clearly they did. She went off on a tangent and was ridiculously melodramatic saying she will never help me again. If this is what your customer service reps have come to you better close shop because that kind of attitude doesn't belong ANYWHERE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! I know everyone has a bad day but with this lady you can tell it's more then a bad day. She tried to continue to argue with me while checking out. Because of this I will not be coming back here again. Not only did she ruin the experience she just lost you a customer and I will tell my friends not to shop here again.

Good customers service, great staff however they seen to focus more on getting the custody in and out; rather than getting the front what they need and want.

More of a head shop vibes type pot shot than some of your more new age trendy fancy dispensaries. Staff was very laid back did not pressure me to interact. They let me kinda look around at everything and take my time. Each time I would ask them a question they would step right in and answer the question fully then back off again. I bought 1oz of Facewreck Haze for $130. 26%THC 2%CBD 90% Sativa. The pot was a bit over dried. You could take a nug and slightly bend it and it would just snap in half easy and fast. There was no bending at all just snap. So it was pretty dry. Even so there was still some stickyness to some of the nugs still when handling. The quality of the smoke and its effects was 5 stars. This stuff lived up to its name. Between me and my two roommates we would used to smoke and it would take two bowls between the three of us. With this its like two hits each and we are good. The one bowl is lasting us hours. Very much worth it. They also had a very nice glass selection at great prices. I got a great inline bubbler for $80 that at Myxed Up would have easily run me $150-160. I will be back for sure!
