Another dispensary that went down the tubes since they first started selling recreational. Whoever came up with the idea of selling medical and recreational at the same place is dumb as a rock.

I've purchased a fair amount from here over the last year and a half, both via delivery and in person. Before GR went adult use, they were my go-to dispensary for my medical use needs. I found their selection to be on-point and was never wanting in strains that helped my neuralgia. The folks there were super friendly and knowledgable, and I enjoyed my transactions. However, now that GR has gone recreational as well, they've almost done a 180. Their selection has become barebones and uninspired, and it seems like all focus has switched to recreational use sales. The quality of their products has suffered, too. I would go back there as a customer if they turned it around, but I'm losing hope for that.

Greed is going to ruin this place. 4 people in the one medical line and all the adult use lines are empty! Wtf is wrong with this place, they act like they are so concerned about getting medicine. I'll about the Benjamin's

Will not be coming here anymore because recreational ruined everything for medical patients and same goes for the other places that went from medical to recreational. I will stick to the dispensaries that will just stay medical.

Worst. Dispensary. Ever. I made my appointment, walked 3 miles in the rain, to get a single gram of flower with my last $15. After filling out the paperwork and entering, I was notified that they were out of packaged grams and pre rolls. The budtender laughed and said well you can get an 8th for $50. I left empty handed, cold, wet, and bitter that they werent able to sell me a single gram all because there wasn’t any pre packed. I will never return.

Where do I even begin?! My experience at Garden Remedies went above and beyond my expectations with regard to customer service and quality of product. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and received excellent one on one attention from the staff. One of the main reasons I use medical marijuana is my anxiety combined with depression, and the staff members were very knowledgeable with recommending certain strains as well as products over others that would best help my needs. I was especially attracted to their assortment of bath products and lotions. Working full time leaves me sore and even more stressed than my anxiety alone, so the staff recommended that I try the Oatmeal Honey Garden Immersion Bath Salts and the Lavender Bath Bomb; both of which smell absolutely wonderful and provide such a sense of deep relaxation. The medicated lotion bar has also proved especially useful to help with treating a recent burn (from work) that is still healing. I also purchased several pre rolled joints as well as Starkiller flower rosin, and loved both the taste and effect I have experienced from the products so far. I would highly recommend Garden Remedies both for their assortment of products and knowledge when helping patients, and look forward to returning and trying more of their products as well as restocking on bath bombs!

I initially had rave reviews. Not any more. I can't believe the price gouging going on here! Seriously bad. I had been buying 10 pack caps for $30. Last visit told no 10 packs in store so would have to buy 5 packs at $25 each. I said "no way, I have been buying 10 for $30". They finally gave it to me for $30. Today, a week later,there were no 10 packs only 7 packs for $35 each so I paid more, for less product only a week later! The cashier knew nothing about products. Have to say other cashiers there were more helpful. I will bring my business elsewhere after these last 2 experiences with GR. People notice when prices are exorbitantly increased in a short period of time!

I was there on 6/4/19. I used the Leafly app to place order. That seemed fine. When I arrived I expected that there would be no line to wait in as you advertise "avoid the lines." I asked why you have to wait in a line (3 ppl ahead of me in medical line). A man then said sarcastically that you "have to pay for it" and rolled his eyes at another employee. I use NETA express all the time, NEVER a line for Medical. I mean NEVER. They can have 75 ppl for recreational but always put MEDICAL FIRST. There were to windows open for legal with no one in them and my pre order with Leafly sitting on counter. Anyway I waited my turn. Finally go to line and then there was some issue with their ATM transactions. The person helping me had to call for 3 different managers to assist. No one could figure it out. My card was swiped 2x and then I had to GET BACK IN THE MEDICAL LINE and wait from someone to finish ahead of me so they could use that register. At this point I had been there 1/2 hour when I thought I'd be there less than 5 minutes. Also b/c they tried my ATM Card 3x before the transaction finally went through I was charged 3 ATM FEES. Total of $12 of UNECESSARY charges. It was ridiculous. It took a total of about 35 minutes there to get ripped off. I could not believe it. I understand they are going through some growing pains but he customer service for medical is poor at best. I will not go back. I suggest seeing how NETA does it b/c it runs like an apple store.

My visit to Garden Remedies was everything that I wanted it to be and more. The staff is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable which is very useful when shopping for new products at a medical marijuana dispensary. Though I had never met the budtender before, Andrew made me feel right at home and like we were already friends. I appreciated how eager he was to explain and show me each product that I asked about. Show and tell is always great, but when it came time for me to use the products myself I was blown away. I loved that Travel Pack has  Seven pre-rolled joints each filled with .5g of flower, making for a quick and consistant option to unwind at the end of the day. I feel like its the perfect wee Everything from the infused bath salts to the vape pen cartidges, I was nothing but pleased by how wholesome and clean their product line is.

Security is such a joke. I walk in the the young security desk worker is rude and not friendly or welcoming. I’m not one to care, but it was openly rude. Relax bud you’re a desk security guy at a dispensary. The quality of the product was not bad the concentrate was really good. The bud tender was stoned and not friendly. I lived in Colorado for years, every tender there and here at other dispensaries are engaging and happy, but the people here were not. Other then that, product was decent but it’s worth going to Brookline NETA, where the quality, employees, and building is all very nice and up to par

They turn the pickup option off multiple times throughout the day and they do not turn it back on. When you call to ask the response is “they must be busy idk”

Have been to a few other dispensaries in the area; Patriot and NETA most recently with less than a pleasant experience. First time over to Garden Remedies and the place is stunning. Clean, lots of exposed wood and frosted dividers of privacy. Felt very comfortable discussing my problems with their budtenders. Bought their Longs Peak, Bubba, dark chocolate edibles and their "taffy" which they tell me is a CO2 concentrate. The flower was on point with a great smell, lots of crystals and smoked well in my bubbler. The edibles were delicious and kicked in quickly. The "taffy" was by far the best concentrate I've tried from dispensaries. No where near as harsh on the throat as a BHO shatter. It snapped away well and was easy to dab. New go to dispensary. Recommend a visit.

I like this location very much. the wait is short, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I particularly like their vaporizers as they are organic and have no propellant or other additives.

Alright ENTs. Can we cut GR a break? I’ve been going to GR for a little while now and it quickly became a favorite. Honestly I think it’s unfair to give them poor reviews because of what the Town of Newton caused. Garden remedies would do walk ins if they could, but it’s in the towns bylaw to have appointments so there’s nothing they can do. That being said I visited today during a massive sale and it was extremely busy and they handled it well for such a small place. They also had so many new and different strains it was amazing to see. Tons of sativas which have been hard to come by in MA lately. I picked up, grease monkey, Citrique, and Queen of soul. They all look and smell amazing and I can’t wait to try each one. Overall shout out to GR, you have been faced with a ton of adversity and I think you’re doing great!

I have been to 4 medical dispensaries. As far as Quality goes, that goes without question. The Staff are compassionate, they listen, their quite knowledgeable. They have a variety of products I just can't find anywhere else. The atmosphere is quite personable, there's no being rushed, and they want to ensure a best fit when it comes to Patient and Medication.

My flower wasn’t sealed like every other time I pick up. Seemed light weighted it was 2 grams not 3.5x how and was it not sealed? And during covid19 I called but yet to hear back. I’m not smoking this flower.

I wrote an extremely long review ranting. And raving about how amazing this place is and I can’t locate it in the reviews so I’m doing another short one. I’m on disability for a chronic blood disease and the products at garden remedies...flower for daytime and nighttime, vape pen cartridges and CBD capsules for inflammation have saved me. I had a splenectomy this time last year and never touch a pain killer after surgery. Garden Remedies provided my medicine. And the staff are highly educated to help new patients and returning patients. Welcoming, clean, and worth the commute I take from Boxborough, MA. I’ve been here over 50 times. My go-to dispensary and I’ve been to 15 other dispensaries in MA and none compare to this location.

Temescal is selling your 10 month old wholesaled flower. I purchased two 1/8s GG4, Bruce Banner both were the same. Tumble weed dry with that mold smell. Looks bad on you because you’re name is on it. There response was spend more and get 40% off.

their menu is all bait and switch, went there wasted 20 minutes of my time, their daily menu on their web site has sour kosher as available and also chem 4 these are above 23% thc and they of course ran out, then they tried to bait and switch to the 19% garbage weed. call ahead dont waste your time w their bait and switch menu tactics

went over to Melrose Grand Opening , today- tried to go in store with card and ID ,was told they weren't open by a very angry unfriendly guy, Asked him when they were opening and he directed me to a another angry unfriendly guy in a suit. Asked him when the store would open and he said maybe in a couple of days check the web site. They don't answer the phone and they act like thugs when you ask them a question. Don't think I will return.

I don't know why I continue to go to GR. It's a go-to in a pinch because you're in and out but then turns to regret when you've spent way too much on subpar product. The mini prerolls are a joke. Thank you to the nice budtender that advised me against them due to price and quality. I appreciate the honesty and wish I remembered that guys name. The woman who dispensed to me today couldn't tell me ANYTHING about the products themselves or a recommendation of any sort. I left spending $30 on TWO prerolls of old dry bud. I visited another dispensary last week and left spending $24 on THREE dank prerolls. I can't believe I spent money at GR again. I hate spending money there. I should know that they're always in and out for a reason. No one else wants to spend top dollar on beasters. GR can't compete with most of the other dispensaries in the state. I can't think of one thing that they excel in....I guess their low wait times. Whelp. If

Love this place and all the employees- yes they run out of certain popular strands but they are quick to get them back in/ they have all different types of discounts and always make sure you get the best deal for what you're paying for. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks garden remedies!!! You guys rock!
