Garden Remedies Melrose: Med + Adult-Use

Reserved some flower for their 420 special at 40% off, was when I got the email saying it was ready to be picked up was under the assumption that I would get what I ordered, as it works at the other dispensaries. Wrong. When I got there, the lines were through the parking lot, and at no time was any staff outside as you would see at other elsewhere. After waiting an hour in the cold, with the line barely moving, and leaving customers urging people to go home since there was barely any product, I went home. Talking about bait and switch. I've been a patient for 5 years and this is by far the worst the experience I've ever had.

Second time in the store having a great conversation with two of the workers. then all of a sudden I look up and this woman shooed away one of the workers that wasn't helping me. But she did it very sneaky, so I wouldn't see her do it. then I looked away and I was going through my money look back up and she whispered something to the worker that was helping me. I see the whole thing but then I look up at her and then she looks away like she wasn't looking at me. she's being very sneaky it made me feel like I was being judged or a look of disgust that's the feeling I got. made me feel very uncomfortable. If you didn't like the conversation or the way the business was being conducted we're understanding people lay the rules down before we walk in so we know how to act. On another note she should have let that transaction happened .she should have waited till I left then she should have talked to the two workers in private because it made them feel like they were doing something wrong in front of me and it was just an uncomfortable situation for me and for them as well as workers.

Everyone talks about the staff and atmosphere? Of course the staff is going to be nice when they’re selling weed all day. No one actually talks about the actual products?! I’ve got super dry flower last time and the time before I must have gotten 10 seeds out of one bud! Unacceptable for the prices they charge for sub par flower! I walked in to show the dryness once and I was given a 5% discount for next time. Like that’s even worth it!? Bad customer service and old product that has no taste smell terps and it is too dry. Learn how to cure and store properly at least!

All was good, but the AJ Sour Diesel was so dry that it powdered when trying to crumble. Putting flower in the medical canisters is the worst thing you can do. It droes out and is not as good. They should be sealed in airtight bags, like ATG.

great atmosphere. great staff. all the bud tenders are super friendly. Everyone knows me by name, super helpful. Have gone out of their way to help me where I'm sure other dispensaries wouldn't. Perhaps the location plays into it but it feels more like a neighborhood mom and pop pharmacy than a corporate chain pushing garbage down your throat. Never had a bad experience with anything related to the store, the staff, or the GM products. When I had a problem with a product I bought they were selling they were happy to replace the defective product. personal favorite dispensary, very rarely have to go anywhere else, or want to.

Checked out the new store last week. I live North of Boston and commute in for work. Easy location right off RT 1. Large parking lot and very knowledgeable staff. I was in/out in 10 minutes! All this with a 20% first time discount even though I had been to their Newton location.

Their adherence to social distancing as well as customers Thank you for wearing gloves and masks!

If you need a great product. Employees that are helpful and respectful then Garden Remedies is the place to go.

How are you gonna charge people $75 for a half gram cartridge. $60 is the highest I've seen in stores. $40 is the lowest. $25 on the street. You're legit robbing people at $75. Nobody should pay that idc what the thc % is

I posted a review a few weeks ago about opening a vape cartridge and finding it empty. I did not contact the store to complain I felt like it just would of been a waste of time - but Desiree from the shop reached out to me after seeing my review and offered to switch out my cartridge and a discount on my next purchase for in the inconvenience. This shows me that they care about their customers. I tried to change my review but I couldn’t figure it out. I haven’t gone back to the store yet but hopefully this weekend I can get back there. Thank you Desiree for reaching out and correcting my issue. Other than the empty cartridge I liked the dispensary and their products.

Great products and very knowledgeable staff. Being a new patient to medical marijuana, I didn’t have much knowledge about it. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect medicine for me. I highly recommend GR.

It bothers me that dispensaries that are medical based don't seem to care about the quality of medicine they give to their patients. Purchased two pre-rolls of Rainmaker. Test date was 10/10/18. Old weed is unacceptable on all levels. doesn't matter how good your staff is or how good your atmosphere is if your product isnt up to par. feel like I wasted my money and more importantly my time.

the website and daily menue for sour kosher was 25 % higher then the product I refused at counter. The staff tried to palm it off as a new batch over site when I rejected their misrepresented product. I wont ever go back and kept my money in my wallet and left there misrepresented product on their counter

2nd visit to this dispensary and my first review stands. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Edibles are premium and do not taste medicinal, priced well. They also have a great selection which the other dispensaries near me do not have. This is now the only one I will be going to.

Disappointed by the quality of their products. The flower I bought had been packaged over five months. Looked and smelt nothing like what was displayed.

Went to this location recently, love the set up! Bud tenders are very friendly and the receptionist is very welcoming. The flower was disappointing though. Incredibly dry, literally turning to dust. & management was pretty rude to employees in front of patients. Not very professional. Besides that, it’s a very large space, menus have alot of information, not confusing to read. And I love the text alerts on specials. Definitely room for improvement, will go back to see if the bud improves!

The new Garden Remedies location in Melrose is so nice! They have such an open and inviting space and there is always plenty of staff on hand to assist their patients. My first time in they had a 30% off sale and they did not let me combine my first time 20% discount. Instead they left a note in my account and told me I can use my 20% off on my next visit in!! They have some of the best products around and I will definitely be back soon !! 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE!
