my driver's license expired during the shutdown,I can't get a new one until 9.2.2020. the state says that's fine that IDs will be recognized until the end of September. I even renewed my med card with my expired id. they will not get a second chance. I've had no issue anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE - I got ripped off 20 bucks and they are false advertising on their menu. I have been going here since they opened and spent a lot of money at this location. Today, I went to buy CBD tincture. On their site they advertise 2g for 60 for med, or 1g for 60 for rec. Being med, I order the 2g for 60. I arrive at the place. I point out to the guy before checking me out this difference, and he states he will check on for me before proceeding. I give him my money, and he goes in to fulfill my Weedmaps order. He comes out with the 1g, not checked with me before ringing it up. I point out I had discussed this and I would not have gotten at this price? He says "oh sorry, it must be a mistake on the menu". Uhh ok? No attempt to rectify. As im looking in the bag, I notice ive also been short changed 20 dollars! I ask for the person to come back out, he insists I gave him 60 as opposed to 80...I demand he looks into this. The order was for 72 dollars, why would I give only 60? They then said they "checked the cameras", and the till was right? Talked to mgr, no attempt to help, she was not especially polite or friendly. I’ve spent a ton of money here....I won't be back, and I will encourage friends and family to stay away too.

Complete waste of time. Showed open so I placed an order. Showed up, and they were closed. What you should have done then is to contact the customers who placed orders, and let them know. You absolutely wasted my time, and gas money. Terrible customer service, and pricing. Pleasantrees is a better experience.

The one in Lansing will rip you off I suggest go somewhere else they do not care about you

The last 2 people that waited on me were clueless. The last one had no idea what live resin was. They had to google it 😕. They used to do a really good job updating the menu on Weed maps. Now it goes days without one. It’s currently 2 days old. The PV cartridges are almost always sold out. I spent over $500 on carts. Had 2 that went bad/wouldn’t work. I was told tough luck nothing they can do because of COVID. So what do you mean? Before Covid did y’all just try to resell them? Transfer the fluid to another cart? Why is the manufacturer not providing a warranty? How is a defective cartridge any different pre-or post Covid? Why is this information not on your website or at the bottom of my receipt? Why was I not told about this when I was spending almost $600? If I knew that this was the policy I would’ve never bought that many at one time. Luckily the rest were fine. My first experience was great and I really hoped that gauge was going to be my go to place. But honestly now that they’re open and running the customer service is no longer existent.

I'm really digging these Guilty Pleasures. Amazing flavour and you can't even taste the canna in it. I've been coming to GAGE since they opened and I really trust their selection of products, everything hits! they ain't miss once!!

The quality was amazing as I like their vaporizers the best around East Lansing. They have the best flavors and the strongest. However service could be better since I walked in for the first time and looked at my phone to see what I written down for what I wanted and one of the employees started to yell at me from out of nowhere for being on my phone. I was out in the lobby waiting in line.
