Only given the choice of 2 different indicas. Was charged $180 for a half of the white-that was with a 10% off discount for s first customer. I did tell my budtender that I forgot my 25% off flyer...nothing. No love. No break on a half oz & then received a text blast less than 24 hours later that I can get an Oz TODAY for $250!!! Of the same flower!!! REALLY????? Only 2 indicas to choose from is not a vast selection. To be honest, Iโm kinda bummed!!!!! I really felt kinda weed raped....๐๐ผ๐

Went in for 25% off, on Grand opening weekend, at 10 a.m. and they were out of all the top shelf strains. So in other words it was 25% off crappy weed only. I'm guessing the top shelf will be re-stocked when 25% off ends.funny how that works.

Placed an online order, checked in as directed, watched every car after me receive service. One worker opted to service a car that was literally backing into a spot instead of a patient who was already checked in... At least 3 cars after me received service without anyone ever approaching my vehicle. I left and never received my order or the chance to speak to anyone.

This is a great place. My bud tender Austin was superb. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Barbara at the front desk is also a very friendly professional and generally a nice efficient person.

Went here today for my first dispensary experience. I was a little nervous as I didnโt know what to expect but this place is so nice. Iโm blown away. The building is very clean and beautiful. I was greeted by a sweet pretty girl at the front desk. When I walked in the dispensary Alex approached me with a warm welcoming smile. I explained to her I donโt really know much about cannibis and had no idea what I wanted. She was beyond patient with me and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to help me. She walked me around their beautiful facility explaining what everything was. I felt super comfortable there. Iโm very impressed by the dispensary atmosphere and packaging/marketing materials etc. Everything is packaged nicely from the flower to the prerolled joints with their branding in quality materials. Also, it was my first time there so they gave me a goodie bag with some cute Gage swag and 10% off everything. The women at check out were also so sweet and welcoming. One of them walked me out to explain and educate me more on a product. I canโt believe how nice my experience was. I genuinely felt like everyone wanted to help. All flower is grown by Gage themselves which is pretty cool. The other reviews mention top shelf stuff being gone but I think this seems like maybe a temporary kink in their opening. I was still happy with the selection of flower regardless of the cookies strains being sold out. I havenโt been to any other dispensaries to compare Gage to- but Iโll tell you this place was way better than I could have imagined. I felt very welcome and at ease. Thanks to the ladies at Gage for making me feel so welcome!

This place is no joke! Brand new , beautiful, and the staff there is above average in their knowledge of product. Their prices are good. I'll definitely be back.

I've been going to Gage almost exclusively for a few months now, the flower is always incredible no matter what you get. Gage has something for everyone and the staff is very helpful and they all seem to have knowledge of the products.

I gave this spot a second chance because of how close it is to my house, and somehow this experience was worse then my first. Plain and simple, the workers here are rude and thats enough for me to never give them another dime. They dont have a good selection, 10 strains total, 1 10 a gram flower, 0 sativas, and their top shelf is not top shelf. This place is an absolutely joke.

They have never gotten any of my husband's orders correctly. Curbside sucks. You receive a message that it's ready, but they don't fill your order until you get there. I ordered 2 items and had at least 3 different people come out to my car with questions. It took forever to receive product. The time before was also extremely long because they forgot about me. My consolation was a little bottle of water. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on or familiar with products. You need to check your receipt to make sure they gave you the deals that are online. The deals don't show up until they ring it up in their system and have shafted me before.
I have applied and had an interview with Donnell. He will not respond to follow ups. He is completely unprofessional. I have more experience than what they ask for, longevity at all former employers and yet they continue to have a high turnover. Now I understand why. They value young, "cool kids" versus actual good service, knowledge and professionalism. We won't be back going forward as a result of our experiences between the dispensary and Donnell.

My first visit to Gage was initially overwhelming, but the folks were really cool and helped me chill and find the right products. Awesome visit! (I forgot to get the names of the peeps that helped me.)
I went back today. Donald was really cool. Hailey was extremely friendly and informative as well! Great peeps, great vibe, great products!

The Apple Store of Cannabis has arrived in The Detroit area. No more metal detectors and bullet-proof glass. Very well lit parking lot and bright, inviting colors. The people are always friendly and helpful in finding just the right products for you. You guys definitely blow the others out of the water. Thanks for getting it right.

Over all I love this place.
The bud is a bit expensive but totally worth it. I got a quarter of triangle kush and the buds looked amazing and frosty.
The bud tenders are super nice and knowledgeable about the strains. The inside is very modern and welcoming.

Normally I'm really happy with the service I receive here. The original staff (prior to Curbside) is awesome. The newer staff have some customer service issues to work on.
I placed an order at 10 am. Arrived at 12:50pm. Guy employee got my money at 1pm. Still sitting here waiting at 1:30pm. 5 cars that were after me have come and gone.
When I asked another guy to check on my order, he gave me some lame excuse that he had no idea. I said well...can you check? Finally he agreed and I'm still sitting here with no order, they have $160 of my money, my I'd cards and more cars keep coming and going while I sit. Nobody has even checked in with me.
I spend $100-200 weekly. I'm very disappointed with the past 4-5 times I've been here. Customer service here needs a reboot!!!!
