FX420 Recreational Dispensary

NOT FRIENDLY!!!!!! First time in and wasn't happy. Just moved to the area and was trying to find a place closer to where I live. I will drive the extra miles to eugene where I found a shop that I absolutely love.

Pros: low prices, friendly faces, informative budtenders, fresh flower (not stale), a wide selection of product (only place i can get Canna-tea),relaxing atmosphere with low melodic music (allowing me not to feel rushed) Cons: they get busy during rush hours (cause they're; friendly, and informative. along with having; low prices, and a lot of product) 15/15 will shop again

I'm not a big smoker, and mostly prefer edibles. They always seem to have a decent selection of edibles.

Have been a diehard FX 420 repeat customer since the very beginning and have always been promptly greated and always leave with a fantastic experience and killer product. From checking my id in to paying for my order I've always recieved top notch customer service throughout the entire transaction. Every budtender has a broad knowledge of their product, bitchin recommendations and also very helpful in troubleshooting what will work best for me and what I'm looking for in the type of canna products I'm purchasing. Absolutely dig that everyone gets to know you and what you prefer and cater recommendations to your likes and dislikes. All around have never been to another dispensary that truly has the "when you're here your family" style mantra with every customer that comes into the store. Additionally the VIP discount is so rad and I overheard a budtender telling an older gentlemen that he could stack his VIP discount and veteran which is absolutely incredible and really affirmed that this community and its citizens mean alot to this business that has quickly became dispensary homebase for many in our small town. Continue rocking FX 420!!!

Place has gone down hill, quality and service definitely lacking, there are thankfully other dispensaries in town I’m happy to give my business to.

Nice chill atmosphere. All of the employees were very helpful. I don't know why the other review said there were employees not helping or there being a long wait, I did not notice or experience this in any of my visits.

Only place my hubby and I go to.

My girlfriend and I love this shop! The product never disappoints, the prices are arguably the best in town, and the workers are for the most part super nice and helpful. My only complaint has to do with the last part. Most of the workers are as I said, super nice and helpful, but, there are a couple of employees that are zero help when asking for recommendations and silent almost the entire time. However, it's not a big enough issue to give this shop anything less than 5 stars.

First time patron, soon to be a repeat customer. Happy hour atmosphere was somewhat chaotic...but Jesse spotted me through the crowd and promptly greeted me. I told him my preferences and again he promptly returned with just what I was looking for. Easily one of, if not, the best dispensary's in Roseburg. Pricing, variety, and a courteous, knowledgeable staff should make this your first choice.

I absolutely loved FX420! Had a wide variety of GREAT products. My partner and I absolutely loved the variety pack of pre-rolls. We will definitely make a trip back to this place.

Definitely my one and only go to here in Roseburg. I don’t go anywhere else for that matter in Douglas County. Once I find a “homey” place I can chill AND find all my favorites WHILE being treated like fam…….THATS MY SPOT 👏👏👍👍🤗🤗🥰🥰👍👍

Honestly the best despensary in Roseburg. Great prices and product. Absolutely LOVE Ryan S. He's super knowledgeable and always makes you feel extremely welcome. Definitely management material. All of the employees are amazing but he definitely stands out, you can really see the passion in his work!! Keep up the great work I'll defiantly be back.

This is the only dispensary I go to. The prices are good and the employees are the best. They are so friendly and helpful. They're vip program is great.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I walk in and say I’m in need of sleep, nausea relief, mood enhancer, etc. and they give me multiple options in different price ranges.

This place always puts a smile on my face as soon as I walk in. The folks there are like a big family and greet you like you're family, help you out like family and give you discounts like family! I'm a regular customer and never go anywhere else in Roseburg, also tell anyone I know to go there, always take friends from out of town when they visit. FX has wonderful flower at incredible prices. Every person there has a wealth of knowledge and always tell me about what's new and tasty. They remember me and know what I like which makes the visit a pleasure. I should remember all their names but Jessie in particular has educated me about cartridges and is always super friendly and helpful, as is every single person there. It must be a great place to work when employees are that pleasant and demonstrate real awareness of customer service. It's hard to find that level of service these days, especially some dispensaries that act like they're doing you a big favor selling you (sh***ty) weed and condescendingly answering questions like they're talking to a 5 year old. FX respects and values their customers and that's always been my experience there. Two things that for me would raise their level from gold to platinum: Reusing plastic flower containers - currently it's very difficult to recycle the flower containers, same with prescription bottles and so many other things. I have been to many, many dispensaries that welcome people to bring their own clean containers with no problem at all. I buy small amounts of flower several days every week and the bottles just pile up, every one of them shiny and basically new. We don't need thousands of them in the landfill for sure. Especially now that plastic has been found in the Mariana Trench (the deepest part of the ocean floor that we know of) it's become our responsibility to reduce plastic use. Allowing patrons to reuse clean flower containers for the multiple, even daily small purchases that keep your store hopping with happy customers would put FX 420 on the cutting edge of sustainability in the cannabis industry imho. Not to mention attracting environmentally conscious customers who may be shopping elsewhere. Just hoping you'll consider it. I love to come in and see what new flower has just arrived or what's selling like hotcakes today, it's an adventure every time. Stuff turns over quickly, and it's a treat to be able to sample so many varieties since I buy small amounts frequently. It tells the name of the grower on the label after you buy it, but I'd like to be able to find out BEFORE I choose. Seems like if it's going to be on the label then maybe there could be a list or something the budtenders could access for that information. I figure if I like something grown by "Serenity Lane" (< not a real grower) then I'd probably like other varieties by them. I do sometimes figure it out from looking at the pre-rolls and who they are from. You guys are so well informed and helpful with us gourmet weed shoppers so please see if there is a way to make this information available up front. Too long, people probly won't read - but whatever. FX is the gem of Douglas County for dispensaries, right off I-5. Whether you live here or are just passing through don't miss out!

Best shop in town, really awesome people that know what they're talking about. They have the best flower for the best prices in Roseburg. The VIP discount is amazing!
