Fweedom Cannabis in Mountlake Terrace

From the time I started picking up medical at Fweedom in 2012 to now the management and staff has maintained amazing quality and service. Their staff has actual product knowlege and are one of the very few shops I would ever take a rec seriously from. They carry some of the best brands in the state, hands down.

Bought a g of BARE naked concentrate cdb clear. Original price was $50 but mismarked at $40 in the book! Manager gave me book price without a stutter! Quality and ethical business! The only dispensary I use!

I’ve been coming to the mount lake dispensary since I became medical patient, 7 years ago. The selection is fantastic, ordering online to pickup is my 99.99% choice. So convenient and I appreciate they update their menus. Some are more friendly than others but it’s customer service, not everyone is amazing. Tip them well, they’ve been working hard. I always recommend them to everyone I know.

Medical Authorized. Was able to get registered into the database. They have legit medicine from Aurum Farms in the Kosher Kush, and it's the first time I've found the real OG Raskal White Fire #5 in Seattle. Gentlemen that works there is very nice, and made my day when he pulled out the Kosher. Plenty of parking, even for trucks. Well worth the drive from Fremont for me.

Love this place. Way better discount than the novel tree for medical patients. I love the staff, very helpful and upbeat. Always find exactly what I need in this dispensary.

Fweedom - Since the first time I was in there everyone seemed to have a good grasp of every product on the shelves. They have a great selection of flower. Blueberry pancakes. Nuff said. I go here for Nebula Farms products and they have never disappointed me!

It's awesome that I don't have to go far so I can ride my skateboard there. Overall its amazing, love everything about this location.

We really appreciate the honesty. the women here are friendly and helpful and payient. I never feel like I'm being up sold. Good choice of products

Went in and was greeted by friendly staff who showed me an excellent selection of concentrates. Got put on to a couple a new brands, very pleased with the experience.

Just had a really bad experience at this shop. Placed a pickup order, went there and got it. The bag was stapled shut with the receipt attached. Everything seemed fine looking at he receipt. Then when I got home I saw one of my concentrates was missing and one was switched to something else. Didn't mind that one was switched, but wasn't cool with one missing. I noticed I was charged less than the total on the receipt, but the employee said all concentrates were on sale that day and that was why. I said cool, gave her a tip and went home. At home I noticed one was missing, called them up, and they said to come back in with the items and the receipt. It was a hassle, but I did. Went into the store, they compared receipts, did stuff with the register, left me waiting 10 minutes, then said "sorry", and that the missing item was the reason I was charged less. That's not was I was told originally. I even asked and she said it was because of the sale. If I'd known this would happen I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of going back to the store. They did nothing to rectify it either, aside from apologizing 10 times. Definitely not going back there. They had plenty of opportunities to make it right, but instead first said the lower price was due to a sale, then told me to come back in, then said they didn't charge me for the missing item (which is strange since with that item there would've been no discount, meaning there was no sale that day as I was told), then tried to charge me for the missing item. I wanted to ask for my tip back at that point, but didn't. I just won't go back. The way the dealt with their two mistakes was questionable, and they didn't even try to make it right for me. Wouldn't be so upset if they hadn't dragged me back there for what turned out to be nothing. Literally nothing. So not only did I get no discount, but gave a tip for what turned out to be very poor service. The whole thing felt shady since nothing they said really added up. If there was a sale and I had a discount, then where was it? The only "discount" was a missing item that they didn't charge me for (which was why I asked and was told about the sale (which was apparently not true)). Lots of excuses from then, and a lot of extra running around for nothing from them. There's my rant. Beware of shadiness. Best to stay clear in my opinion.

Love this place, been going to the Seattle location since the golden age of MMJ! So awesome to see they have expanded to rec, but still endorse medical. Great selection of quality products, and the staff is super knowledgeable and kind!
