Fresh Green Lee's Summit Dispensary

They don't answer their phones or update their website. I drove over an hour for nothing, just to be told they was out of the strain that their website and voice-mail said was in stock. The other 2 dispensaries in the kc area actually answer there phones and tell you what they got. They actually value their customers.

Newbie med patient learning about flowers from Leafly. Cannot judge flower quality. As another reviewer mentioned, nobody distanced appropriately. I didn’t want to stand within 6 feet of the bud tender, because he wore his mask below his nose. Line was very long, and and people in line acted like they didn’t know Covid was a thing. I’m never going back. If the place can’t take my health seriously, I’m happy to take my $ elsewhere.

The gentleman assisting me was Caleb, zero customer service skills, rude, and talked to his friend on the phone my entire transaction. Won't be going back, much better service at ANY other dispensary.

This was Jean and my absolute least favorite experience in Missouri stores so far. They had fox news or something on the TV. It felt rushed. The kid who helped us seemed very very young. And Jean and I were very let down with the selection and quality. We won't be back, and have had better luck near the northland.

Waited about 45 minutes and they only had one strain, but the owner Mr. Sullivan and his staff came out several times to check on their customers and thanked us for waiting and let us know more strains are on the way. I believe there are 3 available as of 11/8/2020. They’re the only ones open in KC right now, but this place is going to be one of the better dispensaries in KC because of the staff. As long as they come up with some good specials when the other dispensaries open up

Just a follow up on my previous review, I got in contact with the company and explained my issues with the wax and the said they were sorry and I could come back and exchange it for a different concentrate. After that I would give them a 5 in service.

Okay so the flower from Flora farms looks and smells great, but WTF is this flower from Solhaus???? $46 for the same quality buds you got off your buddy in high school in 2003, except it only cost you $20 back then (and was probably better). Sorry Fresh Green, but you’re not gonna make it if half of your flower selection is all stems.

They are best option in town. They’ve got a got a great group of bud tenders and good discounts with fair start up costs. I love coming to fresh green

definitely a good place to shop. I try to find new deals weekly. I would recommend about 90% of the strains I've tried from here. I don't like how you can't browse openly without a guide pressuring you thru the door.

I got the bubble gum strain by stability and it came without a sealed for your protection lid and the buds were either switched out with some bs or it was just dried. Ps never buy the tree without some kind of “sealed for your protection” cover they could of done anything to it!

I love how you can see and smell the strains before purchasing them. The environment was very relaxing and inviting. Will definitely come back!

We’ve visited the store prior to opening was placed on the VIP list signed up for all of the social media pages. So far I see only an accomplishment. Congratulations and welcome to the neighborhood.

I can sum it up perfectly in 1 word. Amazing !!!!!! Even when others open locally I won’t be jumping ship. They are just too freaking great !!

Not a place I would do business with again. Very unprofessional. Budtenders don't know their stuff like they should. More focused on sales than anything. The other places simply do it better.

From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the big guys smile “dan” at the front desk. To the super knowledgeable staff in the back. Make sure ask they’re favorites and why. Fresh Green is my top dispensary. They also give the best Veterans discount I may add and always willing to take care of the customer. The atmosphere is energetic and joyful, making you feel at ease. I will return and always suggest this dispensary.

My most recent visit at Fresh Greens was the greatest experience I’ve ever had at a local dispensary. The atmosphere is welcoming and the prices are the best around. The cute budtender, Dan, who assisted me, is a big reason why this place stands out. His advanced knowledge of medical cannabis and its uses is only outmatched by his excellent customer service. 10 outta 10, would recommend.

Staff is nice and educated on what u need your medication for. My only shop I go to.

I just want to say most the bad reviews are really true, I been there a few times and the Bud tenders have always been nice and the the owner is nice too!, I have waited in some long lines and I also have been there when there's no wait at all, they do update there website everyday if it is needed, it is true that they don't answer the phone and if you use leafly webiste you can figure out what is the best medicine they have.

This is an update to an earlier review of mine though I was unable to find & update the original review. In my first review, I did not speak very highly of either quality, service, OR atmosphere. I did not criticize unfairly nor too harshly either. Months have gone by since I stopped visiting this store. I whore around with many dispensaries as it is but I felt that the positive turn-around I found upon my return visits these past few weeks, simply incredible. At first, it WAS impersonal, they WERE impatient-rushing us in & out. They ONLY had one strand when I quit returning, & an old batch of SFV @ that. Are they perfect? Hell no, but they have pulled off an impressive turn-around. They are humble, helpful, & thoughtful now... which is a blessing. They have a variety of stock, but with great to normal pricing you'd expect to see elsewhere. Their customer service though is what I most wish to convey. Prior, it was none existent. An insult in some ways I viewed. That is not the case nowadays. So though this review is for any and all of us for 'food for thought', to the owner & staff, this review is much more for you. I want you to read this. Originally, you lost me permanently from my shopping rotation. You made some very surprising, very impressive changes.. Know that you all not only got some of business again, but that you EARNED back a repeat customer. Much kudos to you & hire me! Hire Me & my agent license & it'll only be that much more awesome for everyone!
