Curious why after I order. it says have it Confirmed your order getting it ready then never mind. Don’t have it! What a let down.

First time I’ve used online ordering and i couldn’t be more pleased! I was notified promptly when my order was ready and when i showed up to get it i was in and out of the store in record time! The budtender was helpful and answered all my questions and even gave me new and useful information. Keep it up Floyds, and you will become my only dispensary!

Super nice girl helped me, I was in a rush and regret not getting her name, she deserves a shout out, but it's a very clean and well maintained site, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, very good at their roles, you never feel rushed into anything but in line it somehow doesn't feel like you have to wait long for someone either, just well done all around!!!

I will not come back to this place. I placed a preorder. Once I had opened it, found it had a lot of stems. The person who was helping me was very rude. He acted like I was wasting his time and didn’t want to help me. I had to pay for my order and walk out and come back in so I could have someone else to help me. The lady was very nice. She is the only reason this isn’t a one star rating.

They have great prices, and awesome staff.
