This dispensary is great! They have and excellent selection of pretty much everything. And at great prices! They also have some sort of daily deal or discount almost every day. It's definitely worth a shot to stop by!

i absolutely love this store. everyone is so knowledgeable and their daily deals are like no other store. the two week policy on cartridges is also very helpful. i would recommend this store to any age range.

Floyd’s is hands down the best shop around! I actually drive by other ones just to get to floyds. It seems like every time I’m in there they have some awesome deal going on. Plus they have a major selection with the friendliest staff.

They had a nice size variety of products. But every time I have went in, I’ve had bad customer service. Some woman the other day hurried me along saying “we have to hurry you out because of corona” when there was barely anyone in the store and no one outside waiting. I really didn’t want to be Rushed spending over 100$ There. She got directly into my face without a mask on. There have been a few very nice gentlemen in there but I’ve noticed the women are not friendly and do not know the products very much.

Rude people who are just there for the check. Look into other dispensary’s in the area, will be worth your time and sanity. Walked in and got confronted asap about hat being on. You’d of thought i wore a racist T-shirt. The disgust i got for having my hat on way not appropriate for an adult setting. Then i was looking at the selection of bud and I’m guessing it’s the manager came up and said “Mask over the nose now” at this point i felt like a pile of shit, and i was only trying to buy weed.

When you go in to buy weed a bud tender aggressively asked you to take your hat off, it killed the vibe..

What I love most about Floyd's is the atmosphere. You can't help but feel comfortable in their beautiful store. As someone who is new to shopping at dispensaries I was pleasantly surprised to walk into their shop and not immediately think "this is just another typical pot shop." The budtenders are all genuine individuals who care about their product and costumers. It's always a fun time when I visit and I look forward to trying the newest and best tasting bud! I'd recommend this shop to the hard core stoners all they way to the first time grannies who want to eat an edible for their first time! 😊

This store has a very down to earth feel to it! They have more variety and selection than most places I've seen! Staff was very welcoming and the girl who helped me was super nice and genuine!

Absolutely love the shops atmosphere! It is by far the biggest & more city-like shop around. They have a huge selection, always some sort of deals & some genuinely, awesome budtenders! It’s worth the trip from Pullman that’s for sure :)

Helpful stuff

The bud tenders are hit and miss. I asked for indica strains to help me sleep and was given a sativa dominant strain. I explicitly asked for indica recommendation to help with sleep. The budtender's logic was "it'll get you high" but that's not the whole picture... this is a recreational shop but the herb has medicinal uses and different herbs have different properties and different effects. If you're selling these herbs to people, you should be knowledgeable. The selection is decent, somewhat overpriced due to limited supply in the area. Do your own research on strains, don't expect the budtenders to be able to help you find the effects you're looking for. The only reason I would visit again in the convenience.

Indicas and sativa's are mislabeled constantly. Just hire someone that's been smoking longer than the collage kids. A Nor Cal native could teach your staff a lot more than the fiction the venders print. An eye loupe and a ten minute lesson on trichomes and knowing the strains as lots are fakes. If it's currently still winning cannabis cups the grower won't release the seeds.

Each time I come in here they are always helpful and patient. I like the deals they have through out the week and so far have not been disappointed. It’s a little out of my way but I still try and make this my go to shop. The atmosphere is warm and welcome and I love the space, I don’t like feeling like I’m on top of someone else or vice versa. Sometimes I want to browse before making my decision and so far have never felt rushed like some other shops tend to make me feel.

I really felt appreciated by the workers and they are very knowledgeable when you are looking for something new! I have visited other dispensaries in Pullman and this is by far my favorite!

Love Floyd's. They're kind of pricey for the area which is why I only gave four stars in quality, but they have good budtenders and usually a good selection.

Can get a bit pricey, however excluding the current COVID situation, Floyd;s runs some really good deals, and remain consistent. However, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, never had a bad experience in my many visits.

The shop is in a great location and has that atmosphere of a big city dispensary. It is also one of the nicest shops in the town.

This was the first time in this store and definitely my last. We recently moved to the area and had finished some Christmas shopping and chose this place on the way home since we had never been there. We researched the website and seen they had a first time shopper discount on the main website representing all the stores under the Floyd's name. Where it says VIP discounts it had listed several discounts the stores offered, starting off with the mentioned discount: first time customers 25% off first purchase, birthday discount 25% off total order, loyal customers is 25% off every 8th visit. Fantastic reasons to shop there, why would you shop anywhere else. When we got to the store and mentioned the first time customer discount, we were told I don't think we offer that anymore, let me go talk to a Manager. They came back with the response "next time bring in a screenshot". We sat in the parking lot and pulled up the website to make sure we didn't see something that wasn't there. Went back to the Floyd's website and on the main page under every store listing that carries the name Floyd's Cannibis and back to the section where it lists off those 3 VIP discounts previously mentioned. Take the phone inside to show what the website says so if they don't offer the discount they can understand why people ask for that specific discount and maybe reach out to have the website reflect that. Instead of getting upset and rude and say it was for the last store on the list not realizing no store had been chosen at that time and it was the main company page. Maybe take a moment to perform actual customer service, but from the reviews I read after our experience it seems to be common practice at this store.
