Great dispo decent prices and good service, some of the bud tenders could be more educated about the products in the store, when I asked one of the male bud tenders how some of the dabs were. His reply was “oh dude their fiiiirrrrreeeeeee” no info about head High or if it could cause me anxiety over all good shop though

This place has by far the best flower in Eugene. All soil grown. No chemical fertilizers. So many “pretty” nugs in town are Chem hydro and taste awful. These nugs are frosty and OG grown. Best prices too with specials on thurs and Friday 20% off flower. Always have $7 shatter grams too and good quality.

The budtender sold me on a pre roll and once I went to pay he said oh sorry I can't. I understand if something isn't in the system you can't ring it up, however as a first time customer and med patient it was disappointing.

I've been coming here on and off since their grand opening as it's the closest dispensary to my house and just a super convenient location overall. I pretty much stuck with pre-rolls only because I couldn't justify paying 2-3 times more per gram than I was at Emerald City. Pre tax grams starting at 15 felt completely outrageous but since they instituted the new price points, they've moved up several notches in my book. Picked up an eighth there this last weekend actually. I'm more than happy to pay 25-30% more than other shops for the convenience of location and to cover their overhead. I'm just glad the ownership has heeded the advice of their customers and brought their prices down to reasonable market levels. I've also been pleasantly surprised with the improvement in the staff as well. The first 5-8 times I visited last fall I was really disappointed with the knowledge of the staff, not knowing which hybrids were indica or sativa dominant let alone the percentages and then openly telling me that they were charging post tax rates so customers wouldn't get alarmed at a price increase come January. That really chapped me. Thankfully I haven't seen any of those crummy employees in months so I imagine it can be easily attributed to a new business separating the wheat from the chaff so to speak. Keep up the good work guys. You've turned a reluctant, hesitant customer into a comfortable one.

Super convenient location right in the middle of downtown with a helpful staff. You will pay a bit more here but it is to be expected for the location and selection. The only thing I've been slightly disappointed with was the prerolls which are definitely not as potent as the bud they sell. Overall nice place and will definitely continue shopping there.

I don't think there is a better location than on Broadway. The flowers are awesome for a price reasonable for the quality. I'm going to be back for sure.

Truly one of my favorite stores, for sure. Only place in Eugene I've found with the Grand-Daddy Purple, too.

As I was going there today an incident happened. they have a sign up stating the requirements to use their facility because of the strict guidelines that are put on dispensaries during this time of the pandemic. yet the employees do not care about the rules that are posted all over the place. No more than two people as in customers at a time are supposed to go in yet while there was already somebody in there an employee with two pretty girls went in as one now there are four people in there which is twice as many as their own sign says. Yet when I brought it up hoping that I would just have them say yeah we will do better they told me that I was wrong that what I witnessed did not happen they didn't even want to look at the video that I took of the situation they just wanted to call me wrong they told me an employee does it get to break the rules well then that means everybody does because I witnessed an employee taken 3 people by himself when there's only supposed to be two people in there at a time now I was more than happy to wait my time for all of the people to go in individually what I was not ready to do was half my health put at risk because they could not follow their own rules and keeping the number of customers limited so that personal space can be achieved.

I like it, usually more of a walk by dispensary for me. The waiting room is fairly big, enough that it doesn't feel cramped and awkward if alot of people are there. Once you go inside with the actual product though, it's lovely and very eye pleasing. Now in terms of other dispensaries they can be a little high price wise on their flowers. However they do make sure to carefully explain their lowest prices to their top shelf, more so expensive flowers. They also carried at the time my favorite strain which I found was hard to get (Lotti Dotti) so I was beyond satisfied being able to get it. The staff was very friendly, I didn't feel awkward buying or pushed to buy something more pricey. They were great with explaining how each strain feels and what they found it to be good for (daytime, night, chronic pain, anxiety, etc). Everything smelled fresh and wonderful. Like I said, more of a walk by place for me because of some of the prices, but a great place all around. I'd love to try their top shelf and give another review.

I like the convenient location. I have gotten good service and all of the employees have been friendly, I have gone here many times and have never been disappointed about product or selection. Sometimes it can take a while though. Lately I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before the employee could get to me because it was the only person on the floor.
