FLOWER CO’s brands are not just inexpensive, they’re great quality. They carry a wide variety of many different cannavendors but don’t sleep on the house brands! Transparent pricing and chill AF drivers.

Used to be good. Ordered from here since 2020 but they’ve gone way down hill. Their house brand quality is really hit or miss and recently has been more miss.
Delivery service can be really terrible as well

Used to be a very legit delivery service offering a wide selection of top-shelf flowers, concentrates, and carts/pods at a discounted price. As of August 2023 they have stopped carrying top shelf brands, narrowed the selection, and raised prices. At this point I don’t feel the membership is worth it and I cannot honestly recommend their service to anyone. Very disappointed. What happened Flower Co.!?

They have cheap prices and quality brands but most of their products have quite old dates. Mediocre products at best and an absolute dumpster fire of an online support team. Ben is the biggest moron you’ll ever encounter via remote support, I articulated my problem to him as best as possible and he still managed to screw everything up, act rude, and completely wasted my time. Why does he have a job? Two hours and he did nothing but make things worse only for another employee to take over.
This is the last time I’ll be ordering from you guys. I had a okay time the first two deliveries, the last three were not great and today’s was an absolute mess thanks to Ben. I’ll be calling to file a formal complaint against that idiot.
Not worth the headache, don’t buy from them

I was supposed to have an order delivered this morning 11/17 from the Flower Company between 9am and 11am.
I checked my order status at 905am at their site for a delivery time estimate and there was a message telling me I missed my delivery.
I received no message by email, phone or text telling me this.
When I checked my email, there was a message telling me that because of the conference in SF, there would be no deliveries in SF.
I am registered as a patient with them. It is very disturbing that they treat patients with such disregard.
There was no notice at the site about no deliveries either.

Only 2 brands available for all of Humboldt County, they have completely eliminated the Wellness, On Sale, Accessories and other categories with no intentions or restocking (I asked). By eliminating Wellness and Edibles they wipe out an entire group of customers that can't smoke. And they couldn't care less. I've been a loyal customer going on 4 years, but in the last few months this company has become ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I’ve been ordering from Flower Co for about five years. The prices were always exceptional and the free delivery always made the membership worthwhile. However, they suddenly discontinued service in my area and didn’t notify any customers with existing orders. I waited at home to find out my order wasn’t coming and they wouldn’t be able to deliver ever again. They then refused to refund my prepaid gold membership, insisting I could use it in a different delivery zone (hundreds of miles away).

If you're getting spammed texts and emails from dispensaries, it's because Flower Co is selling your information. I had an email address I used only for Flower Co and that email is what is being used by dispensaries sending me spam.

I've had a few orders delivered over the past year, but when I received a liquid edible that had a second sticker placed over the original sticker with a FALSE expiration date, the original underneath was already expired. When I contacted them about it they didn't apologize or even attempt to explain. They offered the amount of the item off my next order. As if I want to shop somewhere that would pull that illegal unethical crap... Go elsewhere.

Horrible experiences. This company obviously hires all kinds of drivers, unfortunately, I keep getting the 80 year old lazy guy who is unhappy in life and can’t see and can’t follow GPS and can’t get out of his car. Yet he is a delivery driver. I guess he will be my motivation to keep working my ass off.

Still can't believe how cheap some of these prices are for my favorite brands.. Alien Labs 1/8ths for $44, Bloom Farms carts for under $20??!! Not to mention their $59 ounces that are actually fire. Flower Co. is the real deal, got my membership earlier this week and won't be needing to shop anywhere else for product now!

I have been using Flowerco for the past 2 years and its been great, however recently they have really fallen. They used to have a lot of brands, cheap products and delivery schedule for any day of the week with multiple time frames. But recently they changed their delivery schedule and cut out more than half of the week only being able to deliver 2-3 days of the week with only 1-2 time frames which they claim is because there is a lack of delivery drivers. This has probably caused a lot of the customers to switch to other alternative delivery services since they can't order on days that they are free. They still have a decent amount of brands and cheap pricing however it's nowhere near the experience I had when I first was using this service. Overall I really liked this delivery service and hope they can make a comeback to what it was when I first tried it out.

Flower CO ran a Mystery Cart promo. They had 2 selections. $12 mystery house cart or $15 distillate cart which may include but wouldn't be limited to brands like Select, Papa's Herb, Dime Bag and Honeyleaf. I ordered the 3 $15 mystery carts and got two Flower CO disty carts and one of their LR carts. The disty carts retail for $12 each. Lol. I contacted customer service and basically said that the mystery distillate cart's description was misleading. They did not agree even though the description of the item goes out of its way to mention the name brands you may get but, does not clearly mention that you may get house carts instead. I've spent a lot of money at Flower CO over the last 6 months and have been very satisfied with them until now. Deceptive menu listings are not a good look.

They ripped me off , sold me bunk ounce.
I ordered an ounce of 29% THC through weed maps . the delivery took 3 hours & the bag was delivered sealed . When I opened the bag later , the ounce was only 23% THC! I was pissed, I called & text but days later , a guy send me a text offering me $10 off my next purchasse . WTF , would said I would ever come back after getting ripped . They new they were selling substandard weed as top shelf & offered me $10 off my next order when I complained . I turned their $10 down , why do they think I would buy anything again after you screwed me in ounce ??.. Fucking crooks

Fair prices but horrible customer service and website design.
Taxes add up and negate most of the "possible savings" the site offers.
very misleading advertising, the website has non-functioning Zendesk support 50% of the time, Delivery times are inconsistent, Most importantly if you ever need support or help on your order good luck ever getting a response on time from their support team they quite literally ask for 48 hours to respond to you...
