The wait time can get a little long but that’s to be expected. The staff is great, Jerimiah is an excellent manager and will take care of you. Also, Isaiah will do you right on recommendations so take his advice. Overall a solid little dispo and where I generally shop 👍

I can not say enough wonderful things about this store. The product is incredible! They have EVERYTHING you need. Prices are decent yet fair, (bring back the $40/Trim). The staff...BEST BUDTENDERS EVER! seriously! Arlene and Christian literally go above and beyond to make sure your experience is top shelf! You walk in and you feel like you are amongst old friends. Always a smile on their face and ready to make your day! Management is outstanding as well!! At flora you'll experience remarkable customer service. If you haven't tried Flora, you are missing out!

My sister and I shopped there recently and Ashley waited on us. We are not the most informed buyers, so Ashley spent some time helping us decide what were the best products for us. She was helpful, friendly and super kind.

Alaina at Floral Farms was amazing!!! She helped me find what I wanted and explained so many things to me! She is very knowledgeable about the various blends!

I was so very please with how patient and informative that my cashier was. I’ve only been trying these products for my second time ever at this point. I am new and I have a LOT of Questions; because I need to learn about how BEST to Enhance Good Health for Myself. HOWEVER… I was So EMBARRASSED that another Worker came up behind my Helper and told her ALAINA , that she was taking too long with Me and that she needed to pick up the speed and move me along! The was Embarrassing to ME! And I felt so so bad for putting ALAINA in that position! She Helped Flora To Make a Much Larger Sale !! Than I had ever planned to come in there and $Spend!! ALAINA is New and is Learning too! She did a FRICKIN’ FANTASTIC JOB with Patience and Explanations !!! ALAINA Deserves A nice and Respectful Recognition for her Great Efforts to do a Good Job for The Customer and for The Company!!! Definitely she did not deserve the way she was handled!! Came here for the first time during their event celebrating 1 year of rec. Had the pleasure of being helped by Arlien on checking out. They helped me find a good alternative to the product I wanted when the crew in the back were having a tough time finding it. Very much a business vibe throughout the process. A small selection of products are on display as most everything is kept in a separate room that is employees only. After browsing their small viewing of stock, you'll wait for your name to be called, but don't expect it to be in chronological order. A man that I was sitting beside left before his name was called as he said 4 or 5 people, that were behind him in line, had their names called before his. Overall enjoyable experience though and as a member of their rewards program, I plan on visiting again!

First time at a dispensary, but they were extremely helpful and made it easy to understand the process. Autumn was very attentive and made great suggestions!

Neosho Flora Farms rocks! I love all the budtenders and managers. I Learn something new about cannabis every time I visit! I’m treated well and everyone always tries to help me find something that will be medically beneficial for me. OMG, before I left the store this visit, I think I fell in love with Stalena!!! Since I've started ordering top shelf products (flower & carts mainly), I've always been satisfied with my purchases at Neosho's Flora; this time though, they not only met but greatly exceeded my expectations. The inventory was perfect and the advice from my tender was epic. So, don't be too shy to ask about what flavors and stains the Flora folks recommend - - I was shown the most awesome flower I've seen yet at her recommendation! Thank you so much for a memorable visit!

Christian King was super attentive and willing to find out answers to questions he didn't know the answers to.

This is my second time writing a review for this location, but Chloe is fantastic! She makes customers feel like family, remembering details from previous conversations, upcoming events in their lives, what branch they served in etc. And always with a “Yes Ma’am/Sir” & “No Ma’am/Sir”. So polite and genuine, she’s a keeper!

Everyone is so nice and happy here everytime I visit I really enjoy visiting this dispo. I’ve been helped by Abi a few times now and she always gets me the best stuff.
