I was very impressed with both the front counter and the waiting room. everything was very relaxed and super nice! there was a women as my bud tender and she was Very informed and had been growing for ten years. the well cured strains vary from the supper ups Sativas, to the IN DA COUCH Indica which will make you sleep so well. further more the calyxes and trichromes were stupendous on the Sour D. thx guys I'll be in later, I'm DUBS!!

Great shop for true cannabis fans. Top quality bud that you can look at, smell, and is weighed in front of you (no pre-packs!!) Pricing is competitive, but there $6 and $8 grams are thee best I've seen in the valley. Plus everyone that works there is actually educated on cannabis, not just "dab bro's", love the shop will come back for sure.

My Grandmother, Mother and I are from Klamath Falls OR. All three of us were visiting Ashland OR and we saw this dispensary on the way. My Grandma has never been inside one and my Mom has only been a couple of times. We walked in and this place is decently sized. I've definitely been into smaller places. Brandon was very warm and welcoming to us. Being a heavy cannabis user myself, I'm trying to sway my relatives to a more natural medicine. Brandon listened to my Grandmothers concerns very carefully, and instructed her on what edibles to get. He recommended different edibles to every one of us. I got myself a really nice Lemon Diesel joint and a bonus joint for my birthday! I'm really happy we found this place. We have to drive through frequently and we will definitely be stopping again. Oh, and thank you Katie for making us feel really welcomed as well. :)

My mom, daughter and I are from Klamath Falls. We saw this place when we were traveling to Ashland. It was fun as this was three generations doing something together. When we walked it, it was very clean and personable. Everyone was super nice. Brandon was very knowledgeable in all the products and helped us pick which products would work the best. This was my second time being in a dispensary. I was very comfortable with the atmosphere. Very clean and organized space. Katie was very helpful as well. We came back through again and it was a great experience. Thank you for being super helpful and a great welcoming place. I will be referring others.

I went on a tour of every dispensary from Ashland to Gold Hill, and this had an interesting mix of quality. Parking is plentiful and discreet, and they are located across the street from a Jack in the Box which is kind of funny. The space is very large, such that it creates an impression on anyone who enters. There is a long walk from the entrance to the check in desk. Inside the walls are painted dark colors and things are tastefully arranged. It feels like all it needs are some flashing lights and a hot DJ to turn the place into an upscale nightclub where everyone drinks champagne. There are two lines at the check in desk, one for medical, and one for recreational. Both staff are professional and courteous. Their service is thorough, and they are the only dispensary I've found which makes you sign an additional form swearing that if you choose to buy any of their product it is not in order to supply someone underage etc. I was frankly surprised more dispensaries hadn't taken precautions like this. From there you are let through a door into an overabundance of empty space, similarly decorated. They then lead you to another door and here, you are finally granted entry. Things are somewhat darker inside and you walk toward the back to a long glass counter which is separated by a velvet rope dividing medical and recreational customers. The staff seem knowledgeable enough and the selection is OK. They had one strain listed on leafly as Super Lemon Haze, that turned out to be Super Lemon Daze. I don't know what the difference is, but it did seem like kind of a poor oversight. Overall I would give them a low B. I wish they had better selection and a better use for all of their empty space.

The 15% senior discount gets me here on most Wednesdays, and why not? Roomy, comfy shop, friendly vibe, nice selection, and a big discount. Picked up a 84% THC "Fat Pack" of "Boo Berry Frost" snap/pull today. 1.2g of golden wafers, very tasty! As good a dispensary as any, only with a better discount. If you saw Jimi Hendrix in 1967, like me, come on down and take advantage of your well earned geezerdom, ha.

#1 Place, Always hands down. You walk in and you just get smacked with super chill bro welcome. The lovely ladies handling the front are super friendly. Then there is no rush, just grab a cup of coffee and then slide in to meet some A++ bud tenders. Excellent quality bud and very reasonably priced. Ezra, Ryan, Jon are amazing. Knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Fireside is the place to be, just chilling with your friends having a good time and you won't leave dissapointed :)

This is definitely one of the best dispensaries in the valley! They always have amazing deals everyday of the week! Plus the employees and owners are amazing. I feel like I'm visiting friends every time I'm in there! If they ever went away I would be very sad!

Had a great time here on our way through Medford. Our bud tender, Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable about the product and local prices. Explained different qualities of different strains and even took an interest in our online tie-dye business! We will definitely coming back. Ryan is a dope employee!

First time in I was greeted by the kindest, sweetest and welcoming lady! She is awesome, makes you feel very welcome and valued. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable and offer up their own experiences and those of others when I ask. I smell just about everything, I am all about the terps and they are quite patient with me :) I have been back several times and will continue to return. I have been to other dispensaries here locally and the vibe is just not the same and the flower is not treated as well as they do here. I completely recommend giving them a visit.

Awesome selection, but very disappointing that they advertise their prices before tax. Now it makes sense that they do their happy hour EVERYDAY. Can’t justify the prices without that discount!

I absolutely LOVED this place! It gave a true VIP experience when I walked in those doors. From Mamma T greeting me and giving me one of the best hugs I’ve ever had, to the assortment of drinks available! (Coffee, tea, hot chocolate) The workers SERIOUSLY know how to take care of and help the guests which is huge, and the display is beautiful! Shelby really went above and beyond for me today as well to ensure I had a good experience and was able to purchase something I’d love; which I cannot thank her enough for! Definitely will be going back again ✨

Always a wonderful experience in Fireside. The most laid back, welcoming, clean environment, with knowledgeable bud tenders who always seem happy to help, and make suggestions. There shelves are always stocked with quality flower at reasonable prices. Even with multiple dispensaries closer to me, I always end going out of my way to stock up here!

We always have a good experience at Fireside. The staff in knowledgeable about the product. On our last visit Shannon took great care of us. She remembered that we like concentrates and what brands we prefer. She was also very helpful about the eatable selection and all around great to interact with. Thank you!
