Fire Leaf Dispensary - Norman

Definitely my home store, not only do they have a wonderful selection of several different strains of flower, concentrates, and all else. Their staff is also knowledgeable in the product. Wonderful prices and also have an awesome incentive program to purchase through them( 1 dollar = 1 point, 200 points = 10 bucks off) Which in my opinion a great way to keep people coming back! regardless, I will give them a five star review for obvious reasons. They haven't ever been rude and have great customer service skills. As i said before, will definitely be making this a home store for myself.

I was nervous going into my first dispensary but the atmosphere and staff made me feel right at home. the flower I would give 4/5 stars only because the purple kush wreck stem to actual flower ratio was pretty bad but the sour tangie would be considered high shelf quality in other dispensaries.

All the staff are attentive and friendly, I got a 20% off coupon on my first visit 🤗 hands down my favorite dispensary in Norman

Everything about this location is excellent. From the security to the staff to the management, everything is absolutely top notch. This is my favorite spot by far. 15% off everyday the last and first hour of the day, $200 get $10 off reward system and daily specials. Love this place, come out to this location. Always stocked and clean, super friendly people ❤️

They sold me a defective battery less than a week ago. I don’t want my money back, I just want a battery that works. I have shopped here several times before- but let’s just say the money for the battery was the last they got from me. The lady was also rude and informed me that “those batteries don’t have issues”. Well- this one does. There are tons of cannabis dispensaries coming up in Norman and surrounding areas. Customer service is what will end up determining who succeeds and who fails. Fire Leaf lost a valuable customer in me and I can take my business to places that actually show they value it.

Go here, only if you want excellent service and quality products.

i bought some super skunk yesterday at my first visit. The tenders are really awesome, the atmosphere perfect, however the flower isnt very good at all, after being told it was good for body highs (chronic pain), well anyways when I went home to smoke this before bed it did nothing whatsoever so i smoked another again nothing not even a head change. I am very upset about this but i guess not much i can do about it! just a heads up the super skunk isnt worth it next time i will only buy a gram at a time now I am stuck with this letthce!! Again the people the place all amazing I just must of got a bad batch

My experience @ the Norman location was horrible. The budtender couldn’t tell me anything about the flower I was interested in.

I’m so disappointed in this place, they sale the most bogus flower in Oklahoma. I mean, they’re better than Ziggys, but not by much!! None of their bugs are frosty! Not even their top shelf...... I can’t cuss😉

Rude staff

Service was very unprofessional! The management in that place was even worse... Chubby blonde girl was rude- I’m pretty sure she was the manager which made it even worse very uncomfortable environment to say the least .. won’t go back to this dispensary. Didn’t receive my 1st last time discount, everyone acted stupid and uneducated

There is no way that the Green Crack I just purchased off yalls top shelf is actually a top shelf medical marijuana strain. It’s incredibly dry and the potency is not even close to top shelf quality. You switch your strains to different tiers like it’s musical chairs but this green crack is wack and y’all need to quit playin!
