Fine Fettle Dispensary - Rowley (MED & REC)

Don’t anything other than leaf here. They don’t stand behind their products. I bought a cartridge which didn’t work at all. Apparently it is missing a pin. Clearly a manufacturing defect. I was told by one employee that I should bring it in and they would take care of it. Next trip I did so but was told that without a receipt all they could offer was10%. 5 on fifty? Not even close to okay. Especially when I had not been told to bring a receipt and EVERYTHING is documented in their records. Customer service? Not at all. Also, all the leaf I have purchased lately has been incredibly dry, as if it’s been held in stock for too long. I’m all set with not at all fine fettle. Going back to Georgetown where I feel that my business is appreciated.

They have so many PAX pods and for such a good price. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Its always really clean in there, makes me feel super safe to see the staff take such good care of sanitation during these uncertain times. Would highly recommend you check this place out!

This was my second visit. The first time was a couple months ago, where an employee was extremely rude to my elderly mother. She vowed never to return and I gave the place a couple months off. I returned today to disappointment. Their website, which I checked in the parking lot and again before leaving this review, shows (adult use non-medical) pricing on the 2 strains I was there for. The paper menu in the store has these products costing 20% more. An attempt to discuss this with the employee was shut down as I was informed that I can't have a cell phone out for any reason, including looking at their own website with their employee to go over what I would like to purchase. I ended up going a half mile down the street to a non-medical facility that didn't even have the strains I wanted rather than dealing with this place again. In the future I will be either paying the 20% premium for adult-use as opposed to medical, or traveling further to avoid this store. Absolutely would not recommend.

The only good part was the girl Courtney who greeted me . The others were mean to her and ignored e while they were on a phone.

What an awesome little dispensary!! I swung by last night as I believe they just opened for Med sales --- I got that 1st time patient discount ($100 credit - LOVE places that do that) and the staff was outstanding! The selection was a bit overwhelming but I love having options. I only bought flower from Rise and Heirloom and a new pipe today but I can't wait to go back....

Knowledgeable staff made some good suggestions to me who was unfamiliar with the particular indica strains. Lots of nice variety. Appreciate the help, Fettle..!

Fine Fettle is the finest. From the moment I walked in and met the friendly receptionist, to the patient and knowledgable budtender, to the very fine product; I would recommend Fine Fettle Rowley, Massachusetts to anybody who wants to inbibe.

Going to Fine Fettle was probably my favorite dispensary experience. Great quality and variety of products, and exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations to help me with my order, and they were really quick, too. I’ll definitely be back!

I picked up 5 pre-rolls for $5 with the loyalty program and I'm so glad I did because the employee's made sure I got the best deal for the best price as well as helped me pick out some new things to try. So when your in there say thank you to the employee's, they deserve it.

The atmosphere is amazing, the budtenders are all super friendly and attentive to customers and patients needs. If you're looking for a better dispensary to go to, fine fettle is the place to be!
