this was my first time ever going into a dispensary, and it was such a great experience. I had no idea what the different stuff was and the lady with the purple hair(can't believe I didn't ask her name) helped me through it , answered all of my questions and was so nice about it. The prices are wonderful! I will 100% be coming back!

Love these guys! The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The products are displayed in easy to see cases. you're welcome to look at and smell anything you want before you purchase, and the weekly deals are great! Been back a few times, and will be again. Highly recommend this place. :)

First off - shout out to my guys Big B and Steve, my man with the cleanest Jordan’s I’ve ever seen yet I never caught his name, and to the countless gorgeous ladies that work there lol. I honestly love Exclusive Brands in Ann Arbor. The product drew me in, but the staff is why i have come back - countless times lol. I’m a 36yr-old noob, which I say in the hope that someone can relate to my feeling overwhelmed/intimidated. The staff alleviated every fear/insecurity I had. I will wait in line here vs no-wait elsewhere, as crazy as that may sound. Although I have a feeling a lot can relate to and would share that sentiment. Once inside, the smorgasbord of available products smacks you in the face. I counted 5+ manufacturers of vape carts, countless strains of flower, concentrates left-and-right, etc etc I was blown-away by the adult use selection. But I will single out the V-Fire/Claw pods, those are awesome. In my opinion, the strains are “exactly as advertised,” for a lack of a better phrase. i.e. I looked up what i could expect effect-wise on the Google-machine and it was right on-point with what I purchased. I’m a newbie yet I honestly don’t care to visit another dispensary - I’m excited to see what is to come considering my positive experiences are based upon a mere 5 weeks of legal adult-use sales here in Michigan.

The staff here are amazing. Answered my email (submitted on leafly e-form) almost immediately & they went above & beyond, i.e, I missed 2 phone calls (they left voice messages), they replied via email, then I answered a third call from them! Top notch customer service. Their sales are great, too!

I liked how knowledgeable the employees were by educating and recommending me products I had no tried. Everyone was friendly and even though the wait was long they make sure to put a tent up with heat on rainy days! Thanks exclusive!!
