Exclusive Ann Arbor - Recreational

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PATRONAGE. This is by far the WORST dispensary I've ever visited. This used to be my go-to dispo when I lived out of town because they have a much larger delivery radius than the surrounding ones. But now that I am local, I've realized how much of a shit show this place is. I even worked for Exclusive in their processing center attached to the dispensary for about 3 months, during which I witnessed so many disgusting practices and horrible treatment of employees. Don't trust a single product that comes out of there. Especially Platinum Vapes, that brand is straight-up poison. All of the flower is stored improperly at best, no wonder it gets to customers completely dried out. They have a history of selling expired edibles as well (and those were the only freebies they would give employees). The people who run the place are soulless and only care about making a quick buck. I hope everyone who currently works there finds new jobs under people who recognize them as humans. I will be surprised if this business stays running after 5 years or so.

This place is great. The staff is very helpful. Also the staff keeps the atmosphere relaxed and fun. Especially Steve. Great selection. Quality products.

I used this company exclusively for a long time and was mostly satisfied. Every once in a while someone would make you walk out to their car for your order or it would take a super long time, but in general pretty good. They were apparently bought in December or so of 2020 and since then, they have totally sucked. Twice in a row, I ordered with hours before closing and didn't get a call or a notification at all that they weren't coming. They just didn't show up. The final straw was when I left work early to get an order delivered four hours before closing time and when I called an hour before closing they told me they weren't going to make the delivery. I was definitely rude about it, as any customer might be, but their response was absolutely awful. I talked to two guys, one named Joe and the other said he was the owner. They were both incredibly rude and when I asked when they planned on calling to notify their patients that deliveries would not be made, the owner began to read me the list of PATIENT NAMES until he got to mine just to prove that he was planning on calling me. When I mentioned his HIPAA violation he just hung up the phone. Feeling lazy two months later, I decided to give them another shot. I placed my order and when the call came in to confirm the order, who is on the other end but JOE, calling to sarcastically make sure I wanted my order because last time I talked to him I said I wouldn't be using them again...that is some true nerve and some really horrible customer service. Grow up, Joe. You're losing your company money. Definitely will not be back here under any circumstances.

I was texted this offer for purchases made in June. I did not have the receipt like the offer said, so I made a phone call to the store. I informed the store that I did not have the receipt and asked if they could look up my purchase via My Rewards membership and my ID. I asked if those would be enough to utilize this coupon. I was told that was most likely the case and to come on in. So I drove 10 miles to go there during my lunch break, down industrial with all the construction, based on this phone call. When I arrived the manager met me at the purchase counter, I informed him of the phone call I had, who I talked to, and what was the scenario. The manager absolutely refused to look up my information or to honor the coupon, and said I had to have the printed receipt, and that someone should have told me when I made the purchase. I informed him that no one told me anything about the receipt offer at either time of purchase, and that you are blaming the customer for something that one of your staff did not do (during a period in which they were busy during a sale). He was absolutely adamant and not budging. He had zero desire to work with the customer or have any type of customer with retention whatsoever. I've spent a lot of money here and I doubt that's going to continue to be the case based on this absolutely poor customer service. It would be one thing if when I called they said no we just cannot honor that without the printed receipt. It was something completely different telling me that more than likely they could, and to come on In. THEN after I made the trip, to do absolutely nothing to help me based on their phone call. I'm livid, and will be telling others of my experience here for sure. Not that they care.

After 1 month of rec they got supply and variety and the wait is around 30 min that's all. Cheers

The men that work at that store r so rude to older females I’ll never go in there again what’s with the guard shack it’s just so weird and unfriendly

wow pick up lane guy was deeply and unessasarly aggressive. My total wasn't correct based on advertised specials and frankly he was so agro I didn't want to argue with him. This didn't reflect my first visit but after this I will go elsewhere.

I've been a client of Exclusive Ann Arbor for years since before the expansion and remodel. Every visit, interaction and delivery has always been a positive one. Today's delivery with Kenneth also known as KJ was prompt, and with the friendly courtesy and professionalism I always receive with EXCLUSIVE Ann Arbor. I highly recommend EXCLUSIVE ANN ARBOR, nice selection both MED & REC.

This is the place for if it’s your first time your going to be wowed. Whenever you walk into the building your greeted with warm scents of amazing buds. Once you get cleared and go back there playing very modern rap music which is pretty cool sense nowhere else plays modern music. They have buds on display and the staff is KNOWLEDGEABLE. you can say why your there and they will give you all there best suggestions. 10:10 recommended.

After coming here there is nowhere else I will go. They have the best service and best products. This is hands down the best dispensary in Michigan.

Pro: the fact this place has their own app is really cool, and I'm fairly sure you can order in store pickup even as a rec user. also lots of options and the building decor is gorgeous! Con: had to wait outside for like 20 min (I get it, they're busy, but it still didn't make me enjoy standing in a cold dark giant tent kinda thing lol), and once getting inside the girl helping people to their budtender was higher than anyone I've ever seen which was annoying.

Great purchase fifty percent discount basically by sheer luck the dude said it was cheaper because it was the last of its batch?! Any the place booked me up could be a fluke but I’ll take cheap great weed any day Doonoak

Awesome place, great service. Great deals too. Everyone super friendly. They are super busy for a reason, online orders are recommended.

The pickup time you can choose online is wildly unrealistic. My order was supposed to be ready between 6:00 and 6:15, I showed up at the dispensary at 6:45 having not yet received a message stating that my order was ready. It's now 7:05, and I'm still waiting. The staff are nice enough about it but just plan for your order to be ready at least an hour late.

Best deals on high-quality cartridges I have seen… Thank you so so much for making life easier! I would highly recommend stopping in and saying HIGH

This place is a total shit show. What a dump. All they got is bunk ass weed. The folks working there don’t know jack about the products they sell. You couldn’t give this crap away. Not to mention it’s the dirtiest facility I’ve ever seen. They should be shut down. Cancel these fools.

This is not the place to go if you have questions about what you want. They make you wait in line and let everyone who pre-orders without questions go ahead of you in the same line. After waiting 4 hrs to ask questions, I was given incorrect information. I will never go here again.

The best

My first time qas a little intimidating because of the huge line, but the products are top shelf and the budtenders are the best, even the security guards were super friendly, im from Illinois but ill still visit as frequently as I can

Was very happy all around with my experience. I was expecting limited selection for recreational but was blown away by the selection available. My budtender was awesome and so were the security guys and the check in desk employees. I was there on a Thursday (1/16/2020) and got there at 11:45 and was out the door with my product by 12:15. Great service and great product! Prices were a bit steep but I was prepared for that since they are just getting started with recreational in Michigan.
