About one of the best dispensary experiences I have ever had. I can't say enough good things! I showed up late Friday. The folks that were there acted as if it was the middle of the day. No rush, everyone seemed knowledgable about all the strains and had a great attitude towards helping me. Will tell friends/family to visit ! ~Peace!

If you have just obtained your medical card, THIS is the place to go! Although I have been smoking for 20+ years, I admit, I'm a newbie when it comes to this. The store is very professional and clean. The employees and budtenders are very knowledgeable about products, strains, medibles and tinctures and love explaining anything and everything to new clients. They did not laugh at me when I would act like a kid in a candy store and ask - ooh, what does THAT do? My first time in, I was probably in the store for about an hour, just asking questions. I purchased an oil cartridge and for what ever reason, it leaked into my battery, rendering it useless. I took it back in to ask what I did wrong, they asked how can we make this right? They replaced the cartridge and cleaned out my battery without hesitation. Unfortunately, it happened again, but they gladly replaced the cartridge again. LOVE this place and would highly recommend it to everyone, especially older newbies like myself.

This is far and away my favorite dispensary in town! The staff is super helpful, friendly, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Special shout out to Nate for always helping me find exactly what I want! If you come to Eugene, stop at Eugene OG for sure.

This location is by far the best in Eugene, with the most sophisticated staff that never fails to make you feel great about your day when you walk out. Great job on this first year! Great place! Spend $300 they hook ya up with free $35 . I love concentrates and selection and they do a great job stocking all the top brands and buy 3 grams they will knock off $15 and $5 on additional. Ps if you haven't checked out northwest kind shatter lately they have stepped up there game and let me tell ya its a beautiful thing ! You dont want to miss out on that , there a must on every dabbers list for sure!! SHATTERYODA

beautiful location with a polite staff, the 2 guys working tonight were kinda quite but thats alright lol im not sure if most custys are not that talkative but you guys need to be a lil more talkative and willing to explain your buds in depth...i dont want to feel like im on a first date, trying to make small talk haha...but the Trainwreck was Fantastic..i will be back..and sorry but i just want to be honest to help lol~nate

Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. I am always happy with my flower and experience. This is my go to place.

Eugene OG is a pleasant place. Upon my first visit I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable, they were kind and fun to talk to as well. I have no complaints other than not knowing about this dispensary sooner. I look forward to seeing how they grow as their medicine is all top shelf and the residence is very clean.

Its a great location and was very easy to find.

I recently went to Eugene OG for the first time to seee if they had the strain "Lambsbreath Sour Diesel", which was recommended to me by a friend and to my surprise they had an ample supply of this strain that I wasn't sure was even real lol. The prices are great as well as the customer service and the overall look at feel of the store itself. The only thing that I don't really like that much is the fact that you much exit into the alleyway in the back, I'd much rather exit into a more public spot but I could just be paranoid.

I went in this evening for a specific strain. Was talking with the bud tender about that strain and 2 others, and through the conversation there was a miscommunication and I was given the wrong strain. When I got home I noticed the issue and called them up. I was simply told, sure come on down and we'll make it right. That's just what they did. I'm glad to be a customer of Eugene OG. They take care of their customers and that can't be said for many places in the area. Truly one of my 2 go to places in the county. Keep on keepin' it OG!!!

Love the overall of this place. Everyone always seems to have their own way of welcoming each person. So this is a huge plus. Selection is also always pretty top notch. No complaints and I'd like to also note that the glass selection is also pretty nice! Only complaints .. get more large sweaters in! Lol! Need one of those stat! This is one of my favorite dispos in Eugene. They are OG so to speak. These guys seem pretty cool and they always have some really dank buds! Keep up the dankness OG!

LOVE this place. The staff are always friendly. They always have great quality products. They pay attention to detail to their products and work station for sure.

My husband and I been coming to this dispensary since they open as medical patients. Today I came in to get my medication and had to wait 20 minutes as a medical patient to get checked in. While there was a bunch of recreational that where coming and going well I was stuck waiting up front to get checked in. Last time I checked it was because of medical patients places like this was able to be established. I am sorry to say that will not return to this dispensary as a medical patient anymore, especially since I was told they are going for recreational on the first of the year. Good Luck!

First time visit, not a medical patient I wasn't too sure what I wanted but the people in there helped me find exactly the right strain. Everyone was very friendly the quality of the medicine was excellent and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place.
