Great place, friendly staff. Can't say enough about senior management, they care about their patients!

Ozzy provided the best customer service I have ever received at any store. I was planning on only going to Ethos dispensary one time and then afterwards finding another dispensary to frequent that was less far of a drive. However, because of my experience with Ozzy, I will be continuing to frequent Ethos dispensary weekly, despite the 45 minute drive. Any company that is lucky enough to have Ozzy as an employee should hold on to him! I also think he would be exquisite in a management position, as he would foster a very positive workplace culture.

dedicated parking was nice. upon walking in I was greeted by two friendly gentleman who were very helpful getting me acclimated into their system. Once granted access after a couple of minutes, I pushed the door open (most people were pulling it even though it says "push" on the door itself). (The two friendly gents and I had a good cackle over that hodge podge) and went up to a counter where another friendly jolly gent had my order ready. Dude was very helpful, talked to me about the new patient discounts, answered any questions I may or may not have had. All in all a good experience. Oh and the product is legit gas, I'm very pleased. Two of the three items I got were packaged within the last month, the third from eight months ago, but still fresh as could be asked. Twenty percent off across the board and a new patient voucher goes a long way for savings too, speaking for the $80 I saved in sales and discounts. I'll be going back soon and recommending Ethos to friends for sure.

I really like this place. They are really nice. Have a great selection. And its right by Target and Best Buy, very convenient.

I’ve never received bad service here and everyone is always accommodating. The selection is usually on point and there’s always a variety of things to try. Shout out to Hailey! She’s always great to see and extremely helpful 😊

Niceness has a kick.

Their mendo breath by strane flower is unbelievable. Took only a few minutes from the time I entered the parking lot to pulling out with my vape and flower. Professional and friendly staff who treat you really well.

I just wanted to mention Rebecca. She's always in the front ready to greet us always makes us feel welcome. She's also very knowledgeable about the products that are out and always telling us about the new things going on. She makes me smile every time we come in.

This is my third time shopping at Ethos in Watertown, Ma. The last two times I was lucky enough to have Jorge help me , he is so helpful, friendly and very patient! I would highly recommend going to Ethos Cannabis/Natural Selections Watertown !

Very friendly staff and smooth transactions. They sell well known cannabis brands and quality in-house stuff. Lots of space inside too - one of the few dispensaries where I’ve never had trouble staying socially distant.

I recently got my medical card and have come here each time, and everyone is always friendly! Today I picked up my order from Sophia and she was super cool and very funny! This location always has so much to pick from. I love coming here.

Kacey is a real one! As with the other associates I’ve encountered at NS, she makes you feel like you belong there when you walk in. She was also the first person to check me out when I got my medical card and was just as friendly. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve purchased at NS and I was very excited to pop in today to try one of their very own grows! I am currently smoking the Pura Vida and it smokes just as smooth as Kacey said it would. Always great to hear right from the associate that they were fans of the product you’re in the middle of purchasing. You already know I’ll be back!

"Ethos cares" is a joke. Your Watertown store is more focused on serving Adult Use customers. I waited 15 min for my pre-ordered Med Use items even though there was only 1 med patient ahead of me. Meanwhile I watched 8 Adult Use customers being waited on by 3 staff order and leave.

Kacey has given consistently great customer service each time I have visited! She always has great suggestions if I’m ever on the fence about a strain. I also love that there is a separate medical counter where I feel comfortable to take my time.
