Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was literally greeted by everyone. the layout was super clean and professional. I got 10% off my purchase because it was "Flower Friday" which is great. A pleasant surprise was they had a detail breakdown of the prices on paper. My only complaint is I wasn't offer their return customer card nor did I receive swag after mentioning it was my first time shopping here AND that I learned about them on Leafly. No biggie WILL shop there again

After 3 days in a pointless illegal weed state, the ladies here saved my sanity 😁. They gave me a great deal on an incredible batch of Quantum Kush. Thank you Allie, you were awesome, see you next time!

Every time I go to this dispensary I get the best service and the sweetest budtenders!!

I have been to Emerald Triangle in Klamath 3 times, each time it was a very bad experience. Customer service just not there . Today. In Medford, the one on 10th st. Everything was great! I appreciate that so much! Maybe I’ll just visit medford from now on.

This has been hands down the best dispensary in the valley to go to. Always my first stop when I’m out looking for dabs or flower at that. Always friendly and super chipper. With the coin shortages and pandemic stressing everyone out I expect a bit of attitude adjustment so to say, but was a little perturbed on my last visit when my bud tender assumed I would be ok rounding up my purchase and not asking me if I had the exact change to complete my purchase. What bothered me the most about it is when I went back in to buy flower for my wife and mention it to the team , I wasn’t happy with the attitude and issue made because of my concern. I know I made a fuss over spare change but my point was I was not made aware of this factor until After leaving and viewing the amount on my receipt. I will still shop here though as your prices and discounts still beat your competitors by far.

This is by far my favorite dispensary! I’ve been here 3 times and have had consistently great experiences every time. Im fairly new to the world of cannabis, but the staff at Emerald Triangle are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They are open late, and have an amazing selection! I definitely recommend checking them out!

After checking out every shop in town, Emerald Triangle was by far my favorite! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. My grandma is a chronic pain sufferer and they helped me find the right products to help her. They had a huge selection to chose from and the flower was all freshly grown indoor! I'll be going back to Emerald Triangle every time now!

I really enjoy visiting this dispensary. Their staff is friendly and fast, they know their product. Good weekly specials and a VIP program that's user friend. Haven't tried delivery yet but love dropping by and it's a convient location next to a bank.
