So far, I have not been disappointed with Emerald Leaves. Friendly, knowledgable staff- very helpful. The atmosphere is professional and clean. Quality of the bud is excellent from what I can tell. This is my go-to shop.

I really liked this store. It's large and open, with all the goods in glass counters so you can see everything, which I found quite helpful as a newbie. It was nice to be able to browse and read at leisure instead of the pressure of standing in line to get up to a small window/counter with no idea what's what. The staff seemed very nice & helpful. Legal Sodas were cheaper than any other store I checked.

Great staff. Good edible options. I would have liked to see all available items in cases rather than off a printed menu, but a really nice shop.

I love Emerald Leaves! As a cancer patient, it was hard to find a dispensary that had quality bud at prices I could afford, but this is the spot. Will, Marley and Jayden are the best; during this pandemic, they've been SO careful about taking care of me, doing curbside and finding great replacements if my online order had something sold out. The dispensary is clean, locally-focused (I miss seeing all the posters of local happenings they promoted) and everyone I've had the pleasure of buying from has been so kind and considerate. I highly recommend Emerald Leaves if you're in Tacoma!

I am here visiting from Florida and I stumbled upon a black owned dispensary. I met the owner briefly but made sure to let him know we were very happy to see a black owned dispensary. The cannabis quality is fantastic and the customer service was amazing!

Nice place, pretty friendly depending on who is working the counter. Every time I’ve been in they help me find something that I really enjoy. Love the location as 6th ave. is awhmazing.

Emerald Leaves is a great place with a unique style and location. It's not your ordinary pull up, buy, and spit type shop. Emerald leaves is a local shop you stop by and or hang out. I've visited Amsterdam and if you can get a smoke and beer shop, you got it. Again, just a thought. Noe the less, EL is a place where I will stop by after work and hang-out on 6th Ave.

Very cool spot, a lot of other head shops aren't nearly as nice as the interior here. Beautiful spot. I'd make this place my go-to but am just visiting from Oregon.

Went in to see if the medical section is up since it wasn't hell I will give some Tangerine Kush concentrate a try. Wow great concentrate by Kush Valley! Of course the customer service was outstanding as usual.

its a nice place, definatly more on the pricey side. sad to say the rec shops in seattle are cheaper and have better quality. if i was in total need i would maybe come back. the service and atmospher is great.

This is my favorite place. It's walking distance from my house, the employees are nice and knowledgeable, the place is set up well. I have 0 negative things to say about this place.

Literally the best store I have been to, and I've been to quiet a few. The employees are so helpful and will get into in depth conversations with you about the products you're interested in to help you get exactly what you want. They have a huge selection of flowers, edibles, anything you could possibly want that is marijuana related, even glass and cO2 cartridges. Their prices are unbeatable, they have 1 gram pre-rolls of everything from space queen to gorilla glue, for just $12. All in all my favorite store for many reasons and the only recreational store I will go to.

Good oil at reasonable prices but the budtenders at least the ones that helped me were uneducated so just know what you wana look at before go in there

Great workers, supper friendly and give great recommendations on what to get. Amazing prices, tons of discounts everyday. I usually go here despite how far away it is because of how good the prices are

They refused to refund or exchange a defective vape pen brought back to them in mint condition 3 days after the purchase with the receipt. They refused because I didn't have the original packaging and would not budge or make a judgment call to do the right thing for a long time loyal customer that's given them thousands. Their policy that the packaging must be returned is not written anywhere on their website or within the store itself and they say that their employees are supposed to verbally tell you the policy at checkout. Well, their employees never told me this policy and the manager repeatedly cast doubt thus calling me a liar. It's one thing that you steal from me, refuse to apologize, and threaten to ban me for making logical arguments at a normal tone of voice without profanity, but now you call me a liar too? If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, don't go to emerald leaves.

This dispo has some of the best prices and deals out there. It's a little out of the way, but I don't mind making the trip. The workers have always been helpful, kind, & friendly in a way that feels genuine. The workers are impressingly knowledgeable. I go in explaining the effects I want, & every recommendation I've gotten has been perfect. The building has a lot of open space, which I deeply appreciated as someone who deals with an aversion to crowded spaces. It's doubly appreciate during this pandemic, as it's very easy to maintain plenty of distance from other customers, even when it's busy. Every product I've received has been excellent quality, especially for the price. Their daily/weekly deals are effin fantastic. Not only do they have deals on different categories of products(flower,oil, cart,etc), they have store wide deals on certain days of the week too. I use medically, so their prices have been a godsend. I've only ever run into one issue. After purchasing a cart, I realized it was leaking in the package. But their return policy is great, &, the actual exchange was so quick! My one complaint is that they would add some seating. When there's a really long line, it can be difficult & painful to have to stand the whole time I wait. I'd love to see them do something like this so that disabled people can be better accommodated & this business can be more accessible to us.

Once again, the online order app notified me of my order was received, then another notice the order was in progress. Then nothing. I went to the store to pick up my order and they had no record of the order. This has happened several times at the NWCC dispensary. The app is flawed. As far as the product, the Peanut butter and jelly flavor pen refill tastes like burnt popcorn and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
