Organized and always professional. From the front desk, to the security guard, to the budtender. I recommend ordering online, they have a separate smaller line for web orders. You also can get in depth info on certain strains and brands, such as new releases.

They just opened so they still have to work out the kinks. Nothing major but when you have been to storefronts in Seattle & S.F. you get spoiled. Great products if you know what you are looking for. Staff is friendly & prices very some high some low. If you know what you like they have it. Tax is a lil high like I am out of state not local. Overall first impression, 4 out of 5.

Good prices, very friendly, constantly doing deals but the line is crazy long. They have to figure out how to make the process speedier.

I pulled up the product I wanted on my phone, showed it to the gal helping me (won't mention her name) the product SHOWED $15 but she charged me $45. I went back. She then told me the $15 was for shake not bud. But she didn't tell me this before purchasing. (Deceiving menu) I ask for my$ back. I was told no, I got what I paid for(not what I thought I paid for) I got upset and hurt the gal's feelings. The manager John came out and told me to leave. This place Embarc in Fresno needs to be honest with prices.

I find Embarc to be one of the most affordable store compared to their competitors. Both fresh locations have great, friendly staff.
