I drove to this location because they had very good prices and original strains in stock, listed on their website. Upon arrival we found this to be completely untrue, NOT a single item we were looking for was available or in stock. The buttender was completely useless as she had no idea about any current deals or what they had in stock. We purchased frozay kush that is moldy and impossible to smoke. Manager not available, stuff unhelpful, false advertising horrible attitude towards customers. DO NOT GO there, if you do make sure things you are looking for are actually in stock before driving all the way to Bay City. With abundance of dispensaries I would never again give my business to this one. Be forewarned.

a year ago I use to be able to come here and buy shatter for decent price decent taste and looked okay, upon going regularly over the past 10 to 12 months shows thier true colors, store opens late employees lie, they offer a house "shatter" which is 9 out of 10 times is a sticky mess ( here's a tip, if you have to refrigerate it, ITS NOT SHATTER! how can a dispensary of all places not know that and continue to sell it and not correct themselves. There has only ever been one bud tender in here that I've actually prefered to work with Nick, hats off to you bro you know your stuff and you know how to make customers happy, all the women behind the counter are just there to wear skin tight clothing to distract you from the garbage they are selling and the keep your attention away from asking the uneducated tenderes that can't answer simple questions about product in there store, let's also talk about the tall dark-haired arrogant manager that they have who when you call out for having misweighted product countless times and refuses to waste product in front of you even though you bring your own scale and show them that their product is not weighed right he still tries to take the product in the back and weigh it not in front of you and try to take sloppy pictures saying that it was the right way the entire time false and then throw an attitude because you're proving him wrong that is 100% the wrong attitude to have during a customer service scenario where the customer is extremely unhappy unwilling to cooperate or compensate for the faults that this place have I would not recommend this for anybody
