Electric Lettuce - Eugene

Instead of a few gimmicky discounts why don't you just charge reasonable prices? I only live a couple of blocks from Serra but their prices are so astronomical that I can't shop there. Literally almost anywhere you go will be 30% to 50% lower in price than Serra. Skip this place.

The shop is pretty and that's about it. Only had two flowers worth it and the prices are higher than the quality.

This place is truly amazing, one of my top 3 places in this city . Glad I walked in there , very very reasonable prices and very very kind and knowledgeable people working there . Only been a couple times but I promise I will continue to go there with their great services and prices and very decent selection ! I recommend anyone who loves marijuana to go in there !

I had a good experience today. I went in for the first time to get the Monday preroll special. I ended up getting a few grams of flower too and a couple of edibles. Their prices are good, I got great service with no wait. Check in and out was easy. The layout is nice and I like how all the flower is out for you to look at without them having to take down a million jars. They seem to carry quality items. And had a savory edible which is awesome! I will be back since I just moved into the neighborhood but probably would come here periodically anyhow.

Strange sales tactics. Never been talked out of spending money by any dispensary staff anywhere before. Worst dispensary experience ever. Worse than its previous iteration at the same location. I tried to spend my money and they wouldn’t even tell me prices. Lady and her co-worker were pretty braindead. No other customers in the store. I wonder how the owners would feel if they went into to such a situation in this wide, free market. I presume they’d do what I did. Spend their money elsewhere.

I love Serra! This is a beautiful dispensary that is clean and close to my home so it's convenient. They give their customers full attention so sometimes you are asked to wait before going in, but I've never waited anymore than 5 minutes (although I have heard stories of people waiting 10-20 minutes). The staff is pretty friendly and laid back. I've never had any issues with them. The only thing that is disappointing is their lack of concentrates for dabbing. I picked up a lunchbox alchemy product that was advertised as "shatter" and although it was tasty, it was not shatter at all. It was budder, even after putting it in the freezer. So, sometimes the advertising is false, which kind of blows when you pay $30-$40 a gram for BHO, but they may not have known this. All in all, great dispensary! Thanks for all that you do!

This shop has a fun European style and very beautiful local staff. I visited this shop On a Sunday at eleven A.M. It is great when you feel people care about you, the customer. The people at Serra Eugene gave me an excellent shopping experience, I like them so I want to return to see them and what is new at their workplace, also I would recommend friends to visit this shoppe out because its an Italian dream about cannabis. I love the displays and the Sweet Jane Flower is like a rose, pretty and a sweet high!

Love this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they always have the strains I like, ones with good thc to cbd ratios. Hands down my favorite Serra store.

Best dispensary in town! Felt very welcomed during my visit. A bud tender named Cali helped me. He was so helpful and had so much knowledge. I was very impressed. Definitely coming back again. Best weed in town.

Previous visits had been awesome, but can't say the same any longer, as it seems they aren't really up-front with their policies. Got a whole gram of CO2 Company brand oil in a cartridge. Wanted to use it after the holidays, only to find that not only will it not draw, the wiring and heating element within the cartridge base wasn't even attached properly. Apparently Serra has a two week return policy regarding their cartridges, and you're SOL if it fails after that day for any reason. Long story short, there are many places in Eugene that have better policies that don't screw honest customers and guarantee the quality of their products unconditionally. I wouldn't be so upset had I been informed of said policy prior to purchase. Wouldn't recommend this place unless all that matters to you is ambiance and decor. Very disappointing from what I'd thought was a quality establishment.

Don’t get ripped off! They tried to overcharge me 4 out of 5 visits! Know how much you are paying BEFORE you go into the store. I had to walk out twice without getting what I wanted. I paid the higher price once. They corrected it twice. Their “manager” would not honor what is on their menu. Blamed Dutchie. I even emailed Electric Lettice through their website and got zero reply. Good weed, awful customer service.

Sooooooooo..we just recently moved to Eugene and needed to find a few dispensaries to make our regular spots for our medical needs. Drove by this location quite a few times and commented on their awesome name. While doing some online promotion for our music, I saw an ad for them advertising a grand opening sale. Checked it out and saw they had an option for online ordering. Had never ordered product online, so I checked it out. Damn easy!! Fast too. I placed my order and it was literally ready for picked up in under 15 minutes. Popped over to find a really cool and inviting shop with the coolest bud-tenders. Great selection and very well stocked. Tewan (the assistant manager) & Mathew (a fellow Celt) were so friendly, motivated, and professional. Great customer service!! This will be a regular spot for all of our needs. Thanks Electric Lettuce for being so cool and welcome to the neighbourhood.

Good environment the budtender was able to help me find what i was looking for right away.

The parking is terrible, the energy and atmosphere, as well as attitudes are pretty unbelievable for the "Feel all the feelings" never going back. worse vibe ever. fyi... they share a menu with all 3 stores together.. not very organized or convenient.

Stopped by on their first day open. Really nice people working and a great selection.

Hands down favorite. Everything about this place is lovely; the staff, the layout, cleanliness, and especially the bud. Budtender always gives a great recommendation if you ever feel indecisive. Prices are fine, you always get high quality. I wish there was a loyalty program :)

Overcharged $5 on first visit.

I was not impressed by this location. I sat in the waiting room for ten minutes before I was acknowledged by a staff member. I waited another five to ten minutes for the budtender to finish a transaction that was already in progress upon my arrival. The entire process was incredibly inefficient due to their policy of only allowing one person back at a time. In addition to that the advertised specials that I had checked prior to coming into the store were no longer in effect. I asked the budtender how recently this changed, she got very defensive, and responded with an attitude that made me feel like I was not welcome there because I have a very limited budget for Cannabis. The cherry on top is that their flower is incredibly over priced for what it is. There are far superior products in town produced locally, for a fair price, without the pretentious facade and elitist attitude of the budtender. I will never return to this store and seriously doubt that they can compete with any of the other awesome stores in the area.

On my first visit, I opted not to sign up for "loyalty" program, but wanted my senior discount. Lady said she would give it to me "this time" although they prefer I sign up. She did NOT give me the senior discount (which is advertised on their site). Also, the price for their weed was so high, I assumed they would charge me $10 just to smell it. You want "loyalty"? Take the road most dispensaries in Eug/Spfd have AVOIDED. Charge a fair, NON-MERCENARY price for your fresh weed. And stop selling product that is older than 4 months old as new. Peace, My Babies!

Picked up a quarter yesterday. Over ten seeds found so far...Needless to say I will not be returning.
