Yesterday, I bought 1/8 oz of " Jack Herer" from Eaze, but I received a different kind of mini bad weed. The size, smell and taste are totally different than the real Jack Herer I use to buy. I asked them, by email, several times, to send me the real one or give me some way to return this and have my money back, but they don't even answer me.

I don't blame the drivers for the bad quality medicine but I do blame Eaze. Received a terrible order medicine, when I went to ask them to return it, they banned my account.

After reading an article on clearly that mentioned this service, I decided to see if they delivered to my area since most deliveries stopped shipping in Hayward. I signed up, was approved in about 5 minutes, so far so good. So I figured, hell let's see if they come to Hayward. 16 minutes later I had two concentrates and a friendly driver handing me them. WHAT? It takes the pizza delivery 45 minutes to get here! 16 minutes? That's insane. Due to having CC options, the pickup is fast and seamless. They are open up to midnight, so when you stop working and realize you are out of stash - they are there for you. Definitely recommend this service to anyone. They are going to be a titan in the industry in the upcoming years: with their wide assortment of products, lab tested , super fast sonic speeds, and large delivery areas; this will be your one stop discreet delivery service. There is absolutely no reason to NOT use this service. TIP YOUR DRIVER WELL, they deserve it.

They have a wide selection of tree. A range of prices. What I like most is the State oil cartridges. Always at my house within a half hour. Great customer service never had a rude driver. I would definitely recommend to someone who is lazy or just can't get to the dispensary.

So, I was finally able to order, and received my 60 dollars off, and really pleased at first. It's my birthday, so i was busy, just sat down to check out my cartridged, and i find that instead of 3 cartridges that i ordered, there are two and one hand roll in my bag. So i've been shorted. Now i have found that Eaze does not have a customer service number, so i don't have anyone to call for help. I've messaged them in email and text, so far no reply. Not a good first experience for me. If you order from them, be sure to check your bag before the delivery guy leaves. I regret not being thorough. Happy birthday to me.

Eaze is a great delivery service because it's easy to order from your phone and it's available everyday until midnight. It's been a game changer for people on the peninsula as we don't have to drive 30-40 minutes to get our medicine. They also have a large and varied selection. The beauty of Eaze is the driver delivers it to your door! As long as they don't get rid of this feature, or allow drivers to circumvent it, Eaze will remain the best and most discrete delivery service in the Bay Area!

I have had problems off and on with Eaze, but they always came back with customer service and fixed everything. Monday I ordered 2 cartridges and spent $75. The cartridges do not work. I went and bought a new pen, thinking that was the problem. Nope, they still don't work. Tried a different cartridge and it works fine. I emailed them over 15 times since Tuesday - no response. Tonight I ordered 2 cartridges from them and put in the description that I was exchanging for these defective ones. The driver arrived and refused to exchange them and refused to contact anyone. Told me to email them. I said I have for 4 days now and no response. She said there was nothing she could do and left. She refused to call anyone. Now I am out $75 and have 2 defective cartridges and NO response from eaze! Do not buy from them. They do not care about you or what they sell you!

Ease makes things quick and efficient. I enjoy the variety of menu items although the consistency of some of the buds can vary. I may order the same type of bud but one pkg may have fat nugs the other may be lil budlets. Nonetheless, the bud is still good and rarely not satisfied with the end results. They still give you a lot in terms of options with no order minimums if your low on cash just trying to get by. They are available when I wake up, and right before bed. Who can beat someone delivering to your door usually under an hour or even less than 20mins? Great local option when your not mobile or at work and need a Lil delivery! Eaze is my favorite service for MMJ delivery. Their flower is fire and price-to-quality is the best of any service in the area. They have an amazing selection of cartridges as well!

They have a big selection of medicine. From edibles / concentrates cartridges/wax/shatter/accessories/topicals etc... A lot better from what it was since they changed dispensaries. Drivers are professional and come pretty fast depending on the time of day. Customer service is A+ if something goes wrong they are always willing to help and get to the bottom of things.

I have used Eaze for over 6 months now and really love the consistent experience every time. My boyfriend got his MJID card two nights ago at 10:30pm from EazeMD and then got his first delivery within 6 minutes! It was very impressive and seamless.

Ive been using eaze for a couple months now and it has been wonderful. It has been truly helping my condition and I wouldn't know what to do with out it. Its a great program.

Honestly the product was pretty alright but the customer service is either completely nonexistent or absolutely useless.

Only use their delivery service: GREAT delivery and price s. They even came to my door as I just had knee surgery and couldn't come out to the driveway. Customer Service is friendly and fast when emailing. I also used EazeUp for my renewal card online. Wow, how easy was that??? Love EaseUP

Eaze is an incredible service. True to the name, from the navigation of the app to the friendly delivery people, it couldn't be easier. One delivery even came right to my door which was awesome. As a daily toker I find I have to pay top dollar for the quality I seek, but its worth it.
