The service has declined so much. They don't even have the ability to contact the drivers, and deliveries take way longer than they should. They don't provide updates for delays, you're just left wondering and having to follow up on your own. Definitely not worth it

Still waiting, over three hours late on delivery. No answers from any one, super rude and sarcastic customer service reps (Anthony M for one). Wish I could attach the images show Just some of the hassle and stress they will put you through because they don’t have to do a damn thing about it. Try other sites man.

BUYER BEWARE - Min rates so you have free delivery can literally change by the second. I was on my computer placing and order, a friend called me over to their place next door. I walked over there, then continued to place my order on my phone and boom instead of a 50$ min, it was now 75$ , Eaze's response. ( keep this in mind too. I literally go here every week) "The minimum order value is set by the licensed retailer and it may be changed at any time. Minimum order value may increase if the retailer in your area is experiencing high order volume." This company has good products but everything about their customer service is Trash. Im looking for a new delivery service.

Terrible. I waited and waited for my delivery, spoke with them during live chat multiple times only to wait **two hours** and have them cancel my order for no reason. They were unapologetic about it. They said they couldn’t offer the same deals the next day. If you want your weed, just go elsewhere… 😒…I had just had a problem with them a few weeks ago when the flowers I ordered were hard and had neither aroma nor potency. They’ve got cheap, weak weed, and can’t even get that delivered to you. Ugh…
