EarthMed is a fantastic dispensary. Great selection, wonderful, caring people who are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have stage IV cancer, live in downtown Chicago, and travel 1+ hours each direction from the city center to EarthMed out in Addison. It is well worth the drive. The folks at EarthMed really go the extra mile to ensure we as patients get what we need, when we need it. Fantastic place, highly recommended.

The team at Earth Med is the best. Always willing to answer your questions and they really take the time to educate you on what may help with your condition. I am lucky to have them close by. If you have to travel to this dispensary it is well worth the drive.

Friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. This has become my home dispensary and despite having to change locations a few times for the sake of commute (I am unable to drive due to my conditions), I always return for the amazing service 💚

Edit After spreading my wings and checking out some other dispensaries, I was missing out so much! Every dispensary that I have visited was substantially better than EarthMed. The cold and impersonal DMV feel definitely sucks. Guess it took becoming rec for me to find better spots. for all your patients still going there, just try somewhere else he most likely will be happy. — Welp, thanks for all the fish guys...Being my first med dispensary in Illinois, holds a space in my heart; But it time to move on. All the peoples there are great, Robert is the best. Everybody’s got great vibes and knowledgeable. The spot is not ideal, feels you’re like you’re waiting at a dmv. very impersonal and no vibes from the spot. Cold to just yell through bank teller windows. Probably going to need it though with all the recreational come in through people gonna be getting wild. Good luck to the remaining medical patients and all the employees with the onslaught of chaos about to begin.

Been going here for a year, used to be able to buy anything you wanted with no limit. Now they care about their recreational customers over medical patients. You have a limit to how much you can buy at a time. I also want to point out that this place is family owned so I tried to give them my business but when you can’t get enough to supply that’s up to you. I guess I’ll give my money to corporations that have enough supply.

Before I came I called and talked to a woman who answered the Earth Med phone. I believe I was told all employees would be wearing a mask and gloves. This was my first trip back to your dispensary since 2016. Anyway, I pulled up to pick up my order hoping for a clean product pick up and to be greated by security who would get and verify my order (as I was told to on the phone). This all happened it’s just the security guy who I had to open my window for had no mask. (I did but I am on chemo and steroids and am high risk for being exposed.) After taking my money he took it in and then came back out and went to the front of the lot and lit up a cigarette. That’s hand, mouth, nose, then touch product and give customer change. Seems like you have a break in chain that keeps people like me safer from this disease. This coronavirus is a life or death thing and it deserves that same attention when keeping a clean chain of product delivery to the customer.

ok yesterday 10/25/2020 i had purchased concentrate live sugar well got home opened up and it just flopped right on the floor 1/2 it appears it was stored upside down and everything was sitting in the cap it took me 2 hours trying to save it but landing up losing a 1/2 so please be careful on storing it im now out 1/2 gram or more thats not good for a fixed income so please be careful

EarthMed thank you for all you do to service both medical and recreational customers. I do however have to criticize your vendor Verano. Verano your price increase is ridiculous for your products! I’m also concerned with how you conduct business as my $65 eighth of Greencrack did not weigh 3.5 grams. After weighing it multiple times the weight came to 3.1 grams. You are raising prices and shorting medical patients. This is not good. I will stir away from purchasing your products for now.

Someone said this place shares information and violates HIPAA. IDK about sharing info but they are definitely violating HIPAA by taking away points when u switch dispensaries. It is suppose to be anonymous and some how they are able to track people leaving and going when Walgreens doesnt or CVS. My doctors dont either so I want to know why my privacy is violated here when they take points away when I switch dispensaries. That is info they should not know about.

the loyalty program is a bust. You must only go to them for your medicine or risk losing all your points. I’m definitely not coming here as often.
