I am a new medical patient and a novice to marijuana. The staff is very helpful. I am not a smoker, my preference was to use edibles. This dispensary did not have infused cookies on my first visit. I was a little disappointed because I had gone 56 years on this earth without smoking. I didn't want to start.
I walked out the dispensary with an ounce of flower, and courage to make cannabutter. I made my first sticks of cannabutter. I walked in this dispensary not knowing what an 1/8., bowl or ounce were. I left with enough courage to make my own infused cookies and brownies. This is because the staff was patient, listened, and knowledgeable.
Walking in the dispensary was mind blowing for me. I knew the difference between indica and sativa only because my doctor recommended I do research prior to my first visit. I didn't know strains, what a concentrate was, how to roll a joint.. I was a fish out of water in the dispensary but the staff made me feel comfortable. The medication is helping my condition. I remember almost being paralyzed with anxiety as I drove to the dispensary. Glad the staff reduced my fears.

And Anthony (security) To provide a service where you don’t leave your car and no extra fee?! Top Notch. I’d rather go in because as you read most of the reviews the people are what make this dispensary outstanding. So the next time you’re in, there is a fund that you can contribute to, leave a $1, if possible. The fund isn’t for employees, it’s for US! The people that find themselves a lil short one day. Went to EarthMed for the first time this week. I placed an order online to ensure that I got what I wanted. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Had to fill out some paperwork since it was my first time. Many other dispensaries don't have you do that. I like that EarthMed had me complete some information to get to know me and my needs as a medical patient. Downfall was that when I went to the window to pick up my order, no one was at the window. Many people walked by and were helping other customers. Finally someone asked if I had been helped yet and since I had not, they helped me. Overall it was a good experience. I also like there point system/benefits to medical patients. Keep up the great work.
