As always, the service is friendly and quick. Ordering through the phone is just as easy as ordering through Leafly, which is what I mostly do. Orders are processed quickly and the staff is awesome at delivering accurately and efficiently, and genuinely friendly.

I purchased top shelf expecting top shelf perhaps it is top shelf but was given a strain that after the fact is known for its sativa traits when I specifically requested indica dominant as well as made it clear it’s a bedtime relaxation anxiety medicine for me I got the complete opposite won’t return or recommend

I have been going to Earthy for awhile now, I prefer shatter from there, but have bought cartridges as well. Herein lies my issue, every cartridge I’ve bought from them has had the distillate come right up threw the mouth piece, this is happening with full and half full cartridges! At 30 bucks a pop you expect to get what you pay for! So I called and spoke with Jamie, she was polite and told me to come right down and they would trouble shoot and try to find out what was happening. Needless to say I wasted my time driving to them. A dude came out and I explained to him what was happening and told him I store it standing always etc.. he then went back in to “show” his manager and trouble shoot. Five minutes later he comes out and says well I can’t give you two new cartridges because they are both under half full, which was a lie, one was a little under half and the second was almost full. I didn’t say anything about replacement or refund I just wanted it fixed. This dude then proceeds to tell me that all cartridges do this! LOL ya right, I said no they do not, I’ve bought many cartridges from several local dispensaries and only had this problem with your cartridges. So I say well since y’all are not even willing to fix the issue this will be the last time I ever buy cartridges from them again, he then proceeds to say “I don’t blame you, that’s why I don’t even f*** around with cartridges” like seriously?! Great customer service to a loyal and regular customer, not so much! I was so upset, and have decided to not go there for any of my bud needs, also will tell my fellow smokers about this experience as well. It’s too bad I really liked the people and getting my shatter an cartridges from them, but if they don’t care about their product or customer service then I’m not wasting my time or money.

There is no need to worry about having a bad experience of any sort when coming into or ordering from Earthly Delights. I have never had a bad experience in any way. The bud is superb, the staff is knowledgeable & out of this world as far as friendliness and making you feel welcome. Always has held my #1 spot for places to go. I bring friends here and always recommend people going here because they will never disappoint. Thank you to the staff at Earthly Delights for always booking me up with the best bud(flower) & any thing else that I’ve needed. And giving me the absolute BEST customer service. If you’re seeking smoking accessories they have unbeatable prices and they also sell hand made jewelry from one of their staff members. It’s beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I'm not sure where to start, so I'll start by saying that Earthly Delights is BY FAR the BEST dispensary I've been to! I live in between Augusta and Waterville (I'm actually a tiny bit closer to Waterville) so my choices of local dispensaries are plentiful. During the summer, I also travel out of town for work regularly, so I've had opportunities to shop around outside of Kennebec county as well. Any time I have gone anywhere else it has reminded me why, and how much, I love Earthly Delights. I really enjoy the thorough descriptions that are given on your products. I always read them and use those descriptions when deciding what to purchase. Earthly Delights is the only ones I've seen so far that give any more info than a simplyle "indica", "sativa", or "hybrid". Your prices are straightforward, and they do not change. Many other dispensaries will have $30 eighths, but then will also have $35-40 "top shelf" eighths. Now I don't mind paying a little more if it's worth it. But never, not even once, has any "top shelf" buds from any other dispensary been as good as the buds at Earthly Delights. Your buds are always beautifully trimmed, and I'm always

This by far in my favorite dispensary as you can see I have left other comments. But I would like to tip my hat to all Melissa,Jeremy,Brian, Tucker, Jamie rain snow or heat you all still smile during a time when business are struggling. Curd side pick up be it through Leafly or calling is amazing you all rock!

Was sold a discontinued product without salesperson knowing about harmful ingredient (when inhaled per product purpose). Or, she sold it to me regardless. Blamed me when I found out and refused refund/store credit. I am trying to improve my health not get worse. Research before buying - do NOT depend on them to know much or have your back! People's lives are at stake, so wake up! I'm wide the hell awake now. :/

I love Earthly! They have phenomenal prices on concentrates despite them being very quality concentrates, their bud is extremely reasonably priced for the caliber of the product, and you can always tell the staff is happy to be there. I technically work for a competing dispensary but I shop here all the time. Try the hash! Specifically the Deep Line Alchemy if it's in stock. It'll get you in touch with Thoth by the second exhale.

The vape carts are incredible here. Tons of strains and always willing to look for specific ones if you ask politely. I've never gotten anything but good vibes and nice product from this place. highly recommended!

The place is warm and inviting but the guys who work out back seem likely they want to be somewhere else. However both gentlemen were knowledgeable in their field. Menu is ok, but last time I went in it was low on shatter. Also little pricey and offers just about the same products as everyone else.
