Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly face who offered me a donut before coming back to look at the medicine (the donut was great by the way, have to get there early to get one I was told). I was impressed by their selection and relatively low prices for such high quality product. I had a nice conversation with the budtender who made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I needed to hurry up so he could get to the next customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in town and wants to get high quality medicine from a friendly staff at a very fair price. Great job Dr. Jolly's!

been in three different times. one time was all right but only after I name dropped. I always feel like I am being hassled at check in and today the almost didn't take my card (its a little rough) product is really good but way over priced. I like HGO and canacopa. they make u feel like a patient and a guest not a customer. its not just about money. kinda like going to the doctors...and leaving with out the jolly. thumbs down

I’m from the valley, was visiting for a Bach party. The store was great. Ginger was absolutely amazing!! I was already a HUGE fan of Dr. Jolly’s the brand. After our experience with her a couple weeks ago, it sealed the deal. I’m a lifer. Thank you Ginger for your excellent customer service!! You are the reason for the raving review!!!!!

I prefer this dispensary to any in Bend, Oregon. I was in there today, the man helping, (I didn't ask his name), said he was on his way to stock. But, he waited on me first. I like that. Customer comes first!

I enjoyed the vibe and service but the product was sub par. for recreational purposes I purchased the Dream Deisel because it was recommended by the bud tender. Its THC level was low, and I was not impressed by the quality (quantity was great). Amazing and knowledge service though.

They sold me the wrong 1:1 tincture that was unsealed, and charged me x2 the amount it should have been. Then told me the best they could do was give me 20% off of my next 2 purchases. So I paid $45 for a unsealed 300 mg 1:1 tincture that I can't use. You lost a customer for life, not to mention got a nice one star review, and I'll be telling everyone I know by word of mouth.

This was one of the first shops in town i visited. They have GREAT displays of their products and the flower was good qualilty. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was my budtender. He had kind of a snobby know-it all vibe. Like everything I was choosing was not up to his level. Made me feel pretty uncomfortable and didn't want to spend more time there. I ended up going a second time to give it another chance since i enjoyed their flower. My second budtender was wayyyy cooler. She was super nice and personable. Made purchasing a lot easier that time and more enjoyable. I guess it depends on who helps you out but over all it wasn't a bad set-up.
