I placed an order in November totaling $70 and thought I was getting a great deal for indica,sativa, and a hybrid weed order. First off, the accepted order then text saying they ran out of one of the selected items and were replacing it. When i text back saying I did not approve of the replacement item they repeatedly sent the same text saying that's what I was getting. After i said cancel order then they listened and replaced it with an item I approved of. Next the delivery was close to an hour late. Finally the product itself; all items were manufactured and packaged in 2020! I am currently messaging them directly and just got a reply saying "those items were discounted for that reason" wtf!? That should have been made known so the buyer can make an informed decision accordingly. Weed is completely dried out. This is highly unacceptable for a little less than 100 bucks spent. I do not recommend DNA shop

Spent a few hundred on a bunch of Stiiizy products, all fire and they have a wide variety of flavor substitutes. Great logistics and drivers, I’ll be ordering from them every time I’m in LA.

Do not ask if something is sativa or indica, they will tell you there is no difference and use rude language. The point of a bud tender is to help you know what you are getting. The woman on the phone was completely rude and not knowledgeable at all. When ask for a manager she said she owned it. I will not be back there. It’s medicine not just weed. So lady get your crap together and don’t be rude to customers that don’t need your hatefulness!

There was a sale and no info on my items being expired before I paid. So I’m pretty pissed. Would not order from them again. But my delivery driver was an angel 🖤

Was skeptical since 28g price was so low but they delivered on tine and its incredible quality..Smells like a fresh peach..tastes great and got me lit and im a heavy smoker.. I will be ordering again very soon

I ordered 3 oz from this delivery site yesterday and what I received was nothing even close to what the pictures advertised, if I could submit photos right now I would. They sold me dark green outdoor shwag but the strains I ordered had beautiful pictures of indoor bud next to them. The customer service was awful as well, this is why I don't use delivery services and why NO ONE should use this one. Also they provide 0 information on their products, the genetics, thc levels etc and have stuff mislabeled on their site. Sloppily run business, they are sneaky and trying to rip people off with pics of good bud and decent prices but then they deliver you garbage that you wouldn't have bought in the first place. Very disappointing

i like this place, and their delivery is always smooth. I just think their additional fees are a little ridiculous compared to most places tbh.

This literally was one of the best dispensaries ever I love the variety I love that it’s a lot of women a color given the fact that the cannabis industry doesn’t really support women. I have never had an issue; I’m not picky I just like the cheap high quality weed. Timing estimates can be off but that’s life. Super sweet drivers. I recommend to anyone who’s not on a time crunch or super particular.

So no one else curious why the hell it’s a $150 minimum plus a $20 fee ???
