I got free munchies when I bought some weed.... such a great idea... Great atmosphere, great conversation with staff. Wonderful weed.

I've been stopping in since their first week open. You can't beat it. The atmosphere is top notch. The staff is super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.

small parking , downtown sucks, not very good prices for overly dry leafy bud

i think that people should be informed if there is seeds in the flower..I get headaches and cough bad when I smoke bud with seeds...

Great selection of all cannabis products. Knowledgeable staff and a very orderly and tidy shop. The only place in Salem that I shop for all of my Cannabis needs. And they DELIVER!

Been super friendly every single time. I haven’t used the delivery yet but based on the customer service during my in store visits I will definitely be trying it out.

Absolutely love the location! Had wonderful service last week from a lady with glasses (sorry I forgot your name but you’re so awesome!) and she was very helpful and very knowledgable! I will be making this my regular spot from now on!

My car got stolen so I looked into delivery services and tried Diem. They charged me for items I did not receive and put something else in that I did not order and was nothing like what I ordered (cartridge ordered, gummies delivered). I am not made of money and just think it is careless to not follow up. Won't be trying again,

Possibly the only shop in Salem that deliberately, and intentionally doesn't include taxes in their menu prices, which is pretty sketchy. There is also nothing on their "page" that even disclaims that this is the case. It's out of line with the practices of (nearly) every other shop, and obviously being done to mislead customers about prices.

I have been going here off and on for about 6 months. I find MOST of the people unfriendly and not very helpful about items they sell. Their prices have done nothing but gone up since then. I will not go back. Might pay higher prices if their was some customer service, but every one seems so preoccupied and like they could careless. I have been in there at least 15 times and only about twice have I felt like the person was helpful. But now with 20$ a gram "keefed buds" no thanks.

I was so excited to check out this new dispensary, which I have heard multiple good things about. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped me was off putting, and frankly very rude. Did not attempt to greet me, and seemed very inconvenienced that I was there asking a question about what they had available for cartridges. I will be back, but only because of the quality of products. 10:00am Saturday 07/03/2020.

Very pleasant ambience, very nice & friendly staff, and the cannabis is weighed out freshly in front of you. A large parking lot close by, with a couple of spaces out front for the more disabled among us, a prime consideration for myself.

My delivery from diem was 100% the best. Took about 30 mins from when I placed my order. And my delivery driver, Dominic was awesome. Very professional and quick. 5 stars

Awesome friendly service with great product at competitive prices. Shopped in-store yesterday with ace budista Nic B who is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Diem products and gets a special shout out from me. I appreciated his help finding me the last of a tasty strain that I have been enjoying. Online ordering for delivery is quick and easy. Usually less than an hour to arrive, once it was barely thirty minutes! Lots of other pleasant, helpful staff--Austin, Bridget, Chris, Jericho, and a bunch more whose names escape me at the moment... Dang masks! I miss their smiles! Lots of price specials. Check out Flower Friday for 20% off all bud. I'm also a big fan of Happy Hour--30% off any one item in the store.

I've been twice. Once a long time ago and just today I used the delivery service. I just wanted to say thank you so much for braving the hazardous smoke! Very helpful as I shouldn't leave the house. The extra card fee is of no issue because I was glad you took card at all! The weed is excellent.

The people are friendly and I like that they know what the sell. I tell them what I want and their recommendations are pretty close to dead-on. I dont care for changing the daily special. but thats just whatever. I go back because they dump employees with bad attitudes. We expect good service every time.

Not a fan of the layout. Prices are just meh. Nothing special.
