I absolutely love this store. Had an issue with the product I had bought earlier, came in and all my issues were resolved! Customer satisfaction is a high priority here! You can tell customer satisfaction and appreciation is a HIGH priority. I love the fact I can go in and have a good conversation about which product is most beneficial for me. They aren't there to "sell" you on more expensive products. This is my go-to store; I'm willingly to go out of my way specifically for this dispensary and I tell my friends the same!

I just tried this delivery service for the first time and I will be back for sure! Very professional and easy to work with. I am disabled and it is just so cool to have a legal service that will come to my house. I love the times we are in!

Everything about this place is perfect. From the friendly budtenders to the product selection. I came in looking for a sativa to help me curb my caffine intake and I left feeling more knowledgeable and with a smile on my face. This is my new favorite dispensary in Salem. Can't wait to come back and try something new next time!

Currently I believe this shop has the best deal in town with their Cinex. I went by the other day and picked up 3 eigths and this stuff smokes really good, keeps me energized and super HIGH. Only place you can get cheaper weed in the area as far as I know is on $4 dollar gram (taxes included) joint day at Healing Greens in Independence but that is only on Wednesdays and is ground up/ possibily shake. This Cinex is quality quality, I don't see any popcorn buds and my container. Oh and aside from the price, the staff is really nice. They have a cool labrador retriever that is super friendly and the owner shook my hand when I walked through the door. Shop is clean too. I actually drove by the shop multiple times not being able to find it because I would see their sign that said WEED and didn't notice that they weren't part of the laundry mat right next door, (Diem and deinum are really close words). Anyways if you want the best deal in town right now as of 05/28/2017 I'd go there.

I have been to other stores snd they are nice, but I always end up leaving feeling like I spent to much for what I got. So I read the reviews for this place and thought...well sure save money and check out a new place. I am glad I did. when you walk in it bright and clean. They had a good selection and good service, they stay with you till you find the right stain for what you need. Great product. Will be going back.

Follow up review from a few weeks ago...they definitely worked on most of my concerns! Your budtender in the morning actually remembered me from a few weeks ago after I decided to follow-up again and was able to more than meet my needs, specifically remembering me. That impressed me so I came back the next day with that full loyalty card after hearing there would be more shatter supply and used that 30 percent off card on some higher-than Hush quality Mango Kush shatter, total was just over $20. I'll enjoy being a loyal customer and understand why your prices are so low. It's just a little confusing as an Oregonian when advertised prices don't include the recreational tax. I suppose that's easily something you can move past when you're experiencing good customer service, thanks!

place needs to word their Leafly deals better. You’ll read “25% off everything! You read that right! Everything!” (Literally the words) and you go in and they’ll be like “oh, everything is 25% off except for this, this and this) and you’re confused.

Use to be my favorite spot to shop in Salem. Great staff and always super friendly. Not taking cash and charging customers a 6% for YOUR credit card fees is ridiculous and maybe OLCC should be flagged on this issue. Could even tell the employee on the phone thought the same thing when they told me. Lost my business for good and won’t be recommending this store to any of my customers anymore.

Great place to go! Diem Cannabis has a variety of top-shelf strains at affordable prices for everyone. The budtenders are all AMAZING and treat their customers well. Shout out to Johnny and Zack for their fantastic customer service! GO to DIEM...you will not be disappointed!!!

Zach was great. hooked it up and gave me some nice nugs. good product. worth the drive from Portland.

Parking is horrible. Place smells wonderful but I emailed them about a certain strain and was told one price and when I went there they charged me a lot more and I’m not talking about the tax either. 1 gram cartridges here are a lot higher also.
