There is nothing more I love, when visiting an establishment and the staff are just friendly and inviting! from security to the reception to the bud tenders ! The entire Diem experience is fresh and welcoming ! and in these times, we are grateful for any type of human kindness! I also picked up some Chocolate Oranges strain and WOW! What a clean, smooth, and sweet tasting bud! such an amazing cerebral high and I can't wait to try more strains !! Thank you Diem ! and welcome to Worcester!

Need to update or repair communications between Diem's tracking / menu system and Leafly's ordering system. Placed an order and waited over an hour for a ready notification. Some of items ordered were not actually available upon arrival (or at time of placing order)

While looking through Diems strains and reviews, about to place an order, I found something EXTREMELY concerning. John from Diem replied to a reviewer that “their records indicated that she had not shopped here.” Wait, records on a cash sale? There is absolutely no reason to keep records of what individuals have purchased, and is a huge violation of a customer relationship. Do you want your dispensary tracking and selling your purchasing history? Because Diem is DEFINITELY keeping records. I’ve talked to multiple dispensaries in the area, and this is not standard. Be very wary of this place. I also think there may be some HIPAA privacy violations if this is the way they treat customer data. Shop elsewhere.

Picked up some chocolate orange for my Dad’s birthday, he loved it. I know everyone has a different experience but for my Dad (65 ) worked for him. Thanks Diem, I’ll be back to try a lot more. Friendly professional knowledgeable staff, with a great selection of products

Kevin was very knowledgeable and super helpful. As a 60yr old woman, was a little nervous to go in but the place was very welcoming and Kevin made me feel fright at home!

What I liked the most was how friendly and helpful was the bud tender. Elliot I believe his name was. He had insight on the cannabis aswell on the concentrates. Best experience so far highly recommend.

Great dispensary, Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they are typically not too crowded and have excellent product. I'm really satisfied with the Rhubarb Pie and Crescendo.

Disliked the fact I asked if ordered was right assured it was and it wasnt i ordered Carmel apple gelato 1x and cookies and cream 2x and they gave me only one of each ticket clearly states what ordered just wasnt in bag.

I’ve tried the flower three times but I only actually liked it once. Another time was mediocre and the other really poor. This is why the black market isin’t going anywhere soon. I’ve also tried the pre roll joints and blunts on two occasions and wasn't a fan. Building is nice. Staff is usually friendly. If the product was better I would have no complaints overall.

I am a frequent flyer with my dog. Most of the time Scott is there, with his big welcoming smile on his face checking id's and keeping us safe. We both have dogs and talk about them for a couple mins and it's great. Scott has amazing people skills and Diem is lucky to have him!

Had a great first time shopping at Diem today. Josh F was a huge help to my mom and I, really helped figure out what to buy. Ty!

I’m a 69 year old 50 plus year cannabis smoker and the Chocolate Orange strain flower that I picked up blew through a high tolerance like a knife through butter. A great staff pick! 😀

This is the second time I shopped and the experience was just as great as the first from beginning at the door to leaving. What I purchased the first time wasn’t available and Claire helped me find something comparable and recommended a dry flower vape for me. She was soo helpful just loved her energy and I loved what she recommended worked out great. Hope to get her again next time. ❤️

Ive been battling cancer for a few months and traveled from RI because you guys carried RSO. I was fortunate enough to have Claire help me when my Aunt and I arrived to get my medicine, she was knowledgeable and compassionate and I was very happy with our purchases. Thanks. I will be back

Good variety.

I'm giving the store five stars because they handled the situation well. Nova was super sweet, explained all the products and was funny and accommodating. However there was a $10.50 difference between the Leafly total and what the store ended up charging. The discounts somehow didn't apply and that's really annoying.
