Awesome. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left I felt welcomed, informed, respected and all in a beautiful Zen like atmosphere. The water fall is worth trip! Product much less expensive then at old dispensary and a 20% discount on Mondays if u buy 2 or more items. I did and it's worth the savings. The young man who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. I have found a new home. Thanks guys!

We come from a long way to get medicine for my husband. This place is great! The owner is a wonderful guy, he makes Great lotions also. The atmosphere is great with that big fish tank to view while you wait it is very relaxing. Everyone is always very helpful and nice.

I love this store! Very friendly staff, super knowledgeable bud tenders and a wonderful selection of products at great prices. I have always been treated with respect and patience whenever I have questions or need a recommendation, and this has not been the case at other dispensaries. I would recommend DiamondTree to anyone (and do!). The new online ordering system has made it even better, since even during busy times I know with a little fore-planning I can get in and out with my bud quickly and on with my day. This place picked their name well. DiamondTree is a cocky name amidst so many quality dispensaries in Central Oregon...yet as Kid Rock said, "...it ain't cocky ************ if you can back it up." I happen to know some of their growers, in which I know the pride and care they take in their elite cannabis product. Not only is the weed superb, the atmosphere is unique. Including a fish in the aquarium you won't soon forget. Lastly, the staff is genuine. They treat all walks of life with respect and compassion. DiamondTree will not disappoint you.

This happened 3/4/2016 at around 1:30-2 pm. I'm driving in from Prineville to Bend which is a good 30-45 min drive and I decided to call Diamond tree to see if they had some affordable concentrates. I was rudely told i should check their website, which was impossible from my phone in the car. I was left on hold for 20 minutes as i drove the remaining way to the shop. As i show up the lady who put me on hold was at the front counter laughing with someone. She also had the phone with me on hold sitting next to her. As i explained my situation she laughed and thanked me for reminding her about my call being on hold. I was then told again to go to the website to get a quick price check. She then forced me into line still unaware if Diamond Tree had the products i could afford. Once i went into the back of the shop i asked about my price range, got a no immediately, so i left. This normally would have been the end of it. This morning i go to check their website to see their prices as i was instructed, twice. It turns out the price page is down. I just want know how an employee can ignore a customer on hold and refuse to answer a simple question, while pushing them towards a service that wasn't available? I understand that things get busy up front, but honestly i have never been treated like this from a dispensary. Odds are i won't be returning to Diamond Tree, i just hope things will be better for future patients.

My husband and I love dropping by this place to get our meds when we come to Central Oregon. They have a great selection, with nothing over 9 a gram! Coming from Salem, where a few places like to charge upwards of 14 a gram for "top shelf", this is how for us. We got some great looking Chem 4 shatter, smoked amazing! Everytime we stop there, we leave happy! Heck, our first time dropping in, they gave us a free gram of hash for our first visit! They will always be our favorite dispensary in Bend.

Great place you can tell they care about their marijuana. Decently knowledgeable. I like how there bud is layed out. Easy to see everything. Decent prices if you know what your looking for.

Located on the East side of Bend on HWY 20 is perfect for people traveling that way to stop and get supplies before leaving town. I know as of Oct 1 everywhere is busy, but this location CAN get a little hectic. Their staff does an amazing job of trying to tackle the task of getting the masses quality medicine. They have always been extremely helpful when helping discern which strains would be best helpful for ME. They are very personable and I always leave with a smile. The variety varies week to week, but the quality tier is usually about the same. I love that nothing here is pre-weighed, so I know its not from last years crop. Overall Ive had the best experience BY FAR coming here, and wont ever hesitate to stop in again, even if I do have to wait for a minute or two longer!

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago after shopping nearly every other shop in town. I have had the best experience with the best products in town. The prices are great and the employees treat me like family. I won't be shopping anywhere else from now on!

Hey Guys. Haven't been here in a while, but I was a little disappointed when I did come by today that your Herb Selection was lacking more than usual. A few strains I wanted were gone or all that was left was shake. I was surprised to see only a small handful of herb options. Not the usual Diamond Tree I was use to. Get that Herb back Diamond Tree! Thanks!

I have been coming to diamond tree for a couple years now and have always had good service and great product. the staff is always knowledgeable and I always feel welcome when I'm there. Joey, in specific, is always super helpful and very nice. I will only go to this dispensary no matter what

Diamond tree is one of the best herb shops in bend!!! The budtenders are all very friendly and knowledgable & are always happy to ask any questions I have!!! They always have a big selection!! Great job diamond tree !!!

These guys are my fav in Bend! Always a great selection and an awesome staff. They really take the time to answer any questions. The Chernobyl here is on point!

this is easily the best quality and price in Bend, also one of the best I've been to in six states...the only draw back is there can be a wait, but all good things do!

I was really disappointed to find out my prerolls aren't weighing out right. spending around 10 bucks for a 1 gram preroll and it only weighing just shy of a half gram is a little insane. I was buying regularly now I will not be . too much money to not get what I paid for.

Diamond Tree has recently moved to a new location and they've really done a good job with the new place. The quality of the flower seems to be much more consistent than before and they had some concentrates that looked quite good. The service was great too. The bud I got there was very good, and potent. Glad they've improved so much and I'll definitely be returning.

These folks were some of the nicest, kindest people. I came from out of town and got lost. They stayed on the phone, giving me turn by turn directions and even had directions to my final destination waiting there for me at the counter. Many strains they carry aren't found in the Portland area, so each one I left with was a real treat. Very nicely grown, trimmed and cured flower. I wish these guys were close by. I love this place! My only recommendation is for them to update their menu more frequently. Thanks again, guys!
